Un’esperienza indimenticabile. L’hotel è curato in ogni dettaglio e la pulizia è impeccabile, dalle camere alle aree comuni. Il personale è sempre sorridente, gentile e attentissimo a ogni esigenza: ti fanno sentire davvero coccolato dal check-in fino alla partenza. Il verde è meraviglioso: giardini rigogliosi, piante curatissime e fiori ovunque creano un’oasi di pace con vista sul Mar Morto. Le piscine sono splendide e la spa è un vero paradiso di relax. Colazione e cena superlative, con grande varietà e qualità. La posizione fronte mare permette di godersi tramonti pazzeschi. Insomma, tutto bellissimo. Se cercate relax, eleganza e servizio a 5 stelle, questo è il posto giusto. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo!

Bellissimo l’esterno ed ottimo il servizio di ristorazione I bagni delle camere hanno bisogno di manutenzione e maggiore pulizia non presenti kit

il complesso è in fase di ristrutturazione , alcune piscine chiuse e un'intera ala , quella più vicina al mare chiusa, le camere del village non sono sicuramente da 5 stelle, forse da 3 ... il posto è molto bello , ma sente molto il peso degli anni, cibo molto buono e bel fronte mare

Siamo stati molto bene, l’hotel sembra un villaggio incantato ed è molto di lusso. La cosa però più sorprendente è stata la qualità e la quantità del cibo a colazione e a cena! Consiglio!

Famiglia con bambini. Dopo i controlli di sicurezza, siamo stati ben accolti. Il check in è stato veloce e le indicazioni sulla struttura sono state chiare e precise. Offerto drink di benvenuto. Camera pulita. asciugamani in spiaggia e piscina puliti e disponibili. ottima colazione e cena con grande varietà di prodotti. bellissima la jacuzzi privata. tutto molto ordinato e confortevole. Piccoli inconvenienti: 1) nella camera, la torta di benvenuto sul tavolino era ricoperta di formiche provenienti dall'esterno. 2) la porta comunicante tra le camera non era aperta. ho dovuto chiamare più volte per farla aprire.
