Dear Somoud S., Thank you for sharing your review and for having given us the pleasure to be part of your holidays. I was naturally disappointed to read your comments and regret that you felt the culinary experience offered at Mӧvenpick Resort Kuredhivaru Maldives did not meet your approval. Having checked with all members of Kitchen, F&B service and Front Office teams, I sincerely regret that you never shared your discontent while at the resort. Please know that we do try our utmost to ensure every guest has a wonderful experience and while mindful that things may go wrong, it is through receiving constructive feedback that we can improve upon matters and correct situations. We appreciate you mentioning the price point and indeed Maldives is not an inexpensive destination. This is due to the logistics behind delivering products and a quality service and experiences at every turn in a remote location, especially considering almost everything needs to be brought in from abroad. Additionally, we continuously research pricing at competitive resorts in the Maldives to ensure the pricing of our products and services are well in line with, and even slightly less than, the pricing practiced at the other competitive 5-star resorts. We also place great importance on transparency in our pricing and making all prices readily available at reservation stage. Thank you again for having taken the time to let us know your thoughts. We do pride ourselves on providing the highest levels of services and what you experienced is most unusual. Many of our guests in their reviews refer to Mӧvenpick Resort Kuredhivaru Maldives as a paradise, a stunning location and excellent levels of service and I am most disheartened we did not meet your expectations.
