酒店整体设施老旧，服务一般，早餐质量也不好。酒店房间隔音差，入住的第一间房非常吵。经沟通换了第二间房。我在退房前一天晚上沟通了延迟退房，在退房当天上午也通过电话要求延迟退房，电话服务人员表示延迟退房只能给到12:30。在我表达白金卡的身份，以及他再沟通后，才给到了15:00。体验非常不好，不满意

房间的隔音实在是太差了。机场到酒店也没有免费接送。如自费接送还比外面的贵1倍。

酒店位置好，有自己的私人沙滩。酒店餐厅的味道也很不错。有三个不同口味的餐厅。美中不足的是酒店往返DMall 的巴士少，酒店客人去的稍多就没位置了。下次去长滩还会优先考虑movenpick

没配梳子，牙膏包装也很难挤 枕头太高了 床头的插孔位置不方便 房间整体配置比较简陋 舒适度一般 有些工作人员服务不灵活不热情
