Tylko obsługa była miła i dokładała wszelkich starań aby umilić pobyt w tym koszmarnym miejscu. Wszystkie pokoje mają hałaśliwe lub nieatrakcyjne otoczenie np. widok na starą fabrykę, na drogę wewnętrzną, na restauracje z głośnymi urządzeniami gastronomicznymi. Całą noc pali się światło na elewacji, co powoduje brak atmosfery intymności, głośno pracują stare klimatyzatory.
Trudno korzystać z basenu, bo nieustannie spoglądają na ciebie goście ze stolików w restauracji, a jednocześnie siedząc w restauracji musisz spoglądać na rozebrane sylwetki kąpiących się. TZW. animacje popołudniami też nie sprzyjają wypoczynkowi, po hałas i muzykę można pojechać do miasta, na plazy chciałoby się odpocząć. Beznadziejne śniadania - mało produktów lokalnych, ryba tylko w panierce, owoce też nie miejscowe (pomarańcza i jabłka zamiast mango i bananów)- mnóstwo produktów do jedzenia na lunch lub obiad, a mało śniadaniowych - w postaci jedzenia europejskiego. Po kawę trzeba było biegać do kawiarni, w której było wszystko smaczne i super obsługa.

Pobyt w hotelu oceniam za udany. Położenie, plaża i obsługa - rewelacja. Dużym plusem jest przemiła obsługa i położenie hotelu - z dala od zatłoczonej White Beach. Sprawna i szybka komunikacja do centrum wyspy. Niestety oferta gastronomiczna pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Śniadania bardzo mało urozmaicone, praktycznie codziennie te same lub podobne dania, mały wybór i bardzo mało warzyw. Dodatki podawane w małych miseczkach, ciągle czegoś brakowało i trzeba było prosić o dokładki i czekać na uzupełnienie. Restauracje a'la carta - bardzo długi czas oczekiwania na podanie dań, nawet na pizze trzeba było nieraz czekać ok. 45 minut. Wielu dań z menu w ogóle nie było dostępnych. Bardzo wolne windy i bardzo duszno w windach. Dużym minusem było to, że pokoje nie są w ogóle szczelne na hałas z korytarzy. W niektóre poranki budziły hałasujące wózki ekip sprzątających i ogólnie było słuchać wszystko co się działo obok w pokojach po sąsiedzku czy na korytarzu.
