We had a great time staying at Movenpick Cebu. All of our rooms were upgraded. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Special thank you to AJ for going the extra mile for helping us pack our lechon.

Movenpick Hotel Mactan Island is a perfect place for retreat. It is best and ideal place for couples and family who wants a quiet hotel that has no screaming and children running around. The hotel has gym, spa, several restaurant, clean beach and gift shop. I did not need to leave the hotel premises. Everything in one roof.

Definitely a place I'd return to. 😊

The hospitality is off the charts. Feel very at home when here at movenpick. The staffs are so friendly and nice. They made us so comfortable with our stay.

They are NOT part of Accor ALL programme despite advertising as Accor SO dont expect any rewards or benefits. They didnt tell us till after ALL had confirmed our booking and we had booked flights to Cebu, then we had thought we had paid but Movenpic contacted us directly that we MUST pay on arrival with the original credit card, further more the new amount was approx $45 more than original quoted First room none of electric outlets worked, we were moved to nice room on lower floor with working plugs. The staff work tirelessly to help and please, always smiling. The beach is nice but the view of the wreck of Ibizas club isnt, we were told it would be built next year .... its always next year. As we are older we couldnt use beach as the loungers are very low, so hard to get down or up Food is ok but breakfast though good is very expensive so we only had this on last day. There was a nice show on our last night but just as about to start along came a big storm, so the staff made a huge effort to move all lighting etc into restaurent along with protecting guests to move into restaurent, huge thank you to all staff for their efforts. Had we known before booking that they dont recognise the ALL programme we wouldnt have booked at Movenpic Cebu, having booked flights we had no choice and lost valuable benefits for 5 days here
