Your positive remarks about our clean rooms and our friendly staff, especially Irene, who takes pride in her work, are truly valued. At Mövenpick Hotel Mactan Island Cebu, we are committed to ensuring our guests have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We understand that the air conditioning did not meet your expectations, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused during your visit. I have entrusted the Chief Engineer to thoroughly investigate and address this issue. Our team continually strives to enhance both our facilities and services. Regarding the sea water, unfortunately, your stay coincided with the low tide season, resulting in shallow sea water. We've taken steps to improve this by removing large rocks that obstruct the flow, allowing more sea water to enter our beach. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. Dear 104mariad, Thank you for choosing to celebrate and welcome the new year with us. It's a delight to hear you had a great time at the dinner and countdown party and that you found the food selections quite exceptional. On another note, I am concerned about the feedback regarding your check-in and check-out experience. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and do trust that I have addressed these issues with the manager in charge. He'll be conducting refresher courses on our standards in customer service and I will personally review the outcome.
