Dear [Hotel/Customer Service Team], I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at your property, which unfortunately was far below expectations—especially considering my ALL – Accor Live Limitless Diamond status. While I would like to acknowledge that the staff was kind and professional, the overall experience was extremely disappointing due to the condition of the structure. The hotel is very old and clearly not suitable for the location or the standards expected from an Accor Group property. Aside from the new gym, which was a positive note, everything else needs serious renovation—from the rooms to the common areas. Despite being a Diamond member, I did not receive any of the benefits typically associated with this status, except for a 20% discount on food. I did not receive any reward points, and I honestly do not understand why. This is unacceptable, especially considering the loyalty I’ve shown to the Accor brand. Given the lack of benefits and the poor condition of the property, I kindly request either a refund or the missing points to be credited to my account. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and, unfortunately, I will not return to this property in the future. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to address these issues. Best regards,

Siamo stati qui per due notte, Abbiamo la nostra camera pulita soddisfacente. Ma la cosa più bella che abbiamo avuto in questo albergo e la loro colazione a buffet internazionale con tipico cibo Filippino per esempio hanno messo il (sekwati la bevanda di cacao pura con puto Maya e puto ) che è fantastico trovarle sul buffet e con questo (bravi) mi dispiace un po’ vedere il loro bar in Filippine chiamato (Ibiza) un location famoso in Espanya nelle Filippine. E promuovono pure nello grande schermo l’isola Espanyol nell’videoproiettore mentre in Filippine ci sono tante cose bellissime da vedere. Saluti.

Capodanno con amici, festa spettacolare con bella musica e ottima cena. Hotel che necessita di manutenzione ma bello, prezzo non giustificato Ottimi il buffet e colazione. Purtroppo sempre avuto problemi con il personale della reception. Check in: ostili e spocchiose, ti invitano a tornare dopo le 15 ( dopo un volo di 18 ore magari vorresti fare il check in e poi aspettare al bar che si liberi la stanza) Se chiedi informazioni ti danno un depliant in giapponese Check out sembra una dogana con interrogatorio Nella hall vieni aggredito dalle cameriere per consumare Hanno una cattiva gestione del pagamento, si prendono carta di credito e la riportano col lo scontrino dopo 15/20 minuti I ragazzi in spiaggia sono invece solari e gentilissimi Peccato, esperienza negativa

Sono rimasto sorpreso di vedere una struttura così ben organizzata e tenuta nelle Filippine. La spiaggia è molto bella , pulita e tranquilla. Non è facile qui troavre una spiaggia con mare calmo e pulito. Otlicni mecto vsio otlicno! prixodite na eto mecto ocin krasivi.

Un Resort confortevole con buone stanze funzionali ma un po’ vecchie!!! Buona la pulizia e la cordialità del personale!!! Sicuramente ottima la colazione mentre i ristoranti potrebbero fare molto meglio!!! Piatti internazionali sbagliati e non ben cucinati!!! Comunque un bel posto dove alloggiare e passare dei bei giorni di relax!!!
