Dear Mr. c., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent stay with us. We truly value your input, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve and enhance the guest experience. We’re delighted to hear that you found our staff to be kind and professional. However, we sincerely regret that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the condition of our property and the benefits associated with your Diamond membership status. At this time, we are glad to inform you that we are now fully participating in the loyalty program since 15 August 2025. We deeply value loyal guests like yourself, and as a gesture of appreciation, we upgraded you from a Deluxe Room to a Premier One-Bedroom Suite, provided complimentary breakfast, and offered a 20% discount on Food & Beverage during your stay. We’re also pleased to share that we have recently completed renovations on 83 suite rooms and refurbished all guest rooms across the property.
