Friendly reception staff

I stayed for a business trip. The hotel has a great location, needs renovations or regular maintenance. Reception staff extremely helpful and friendly. I’m not satisfied with the cleanliness of the room, I highly suggest to monitor the quality of the housekeeping service as there was dust and other things on the carpet.I had a big mosquito when I reported housekeepers brought the spray which is not possible given I’m inside the room then they brought the small mosquito machine still not worked. Reception staff thankfully helped by moving to other room, however I had many mosquito bites with all the calling and the movement I couldn’t sleep the whole night and I had work early morning on Saturday. I would consider coming back and giving another chance just because the friendly reception staff. I still keep the pictures if needed for improvement. Thank you

very good service fast and easy but need more valet worker and room dine menu need more options especially for who is vegetarian. the front desk nice and coperrated

- requested extra bed for 3 days in a row to be told it’s all occupied or broken by previous customer. - staffs are not cooperative - Food quality and taste need a major improvement - points are not added to my account yet
