During my stay at the Mövenpick Hotel in El Gouna, I had to seek medical assistance, and I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Shawadfi and Nurse Mina for the exceptional care I received. Dr. Shawadfi treated my wound with great professionalism and precision from the very first moment. His calm and expert manner made me feel safe and well taken care of throughout the entire process. Coming from Germany, I had never experienced a situation like this before while traveling, but thanks to their support, I felt truly in good hands. Nurse Mina was also very attentive and kind, making the whole experience even more reassuring. Their teamwork and dedication turned what could have been a stressful situation into one of comfort and trust. Thank you both sincerely — your care made a real difference! Bests, Sevda

fresh and full of flavor, the staff was super friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Everything we tried was delicious, and the service was quick and attentive without being rushed. Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

What a fabulous holiday we’ve had here again. We decided to come back after visiting the hotel for the first time in 2019 after hearing how good it was after family had stayed here previously and were not disappointed. Friendly staff and good choices for dinner and breakfast. We often went out for dinner as there are many different restaurants either a 10/15min walk or a short Tuk Tuk journey away. The rooms are as always spacious, clean and comfortable with beautiful views of lagoon. Enjoying our last night at the on site seafood restaurant with amazing views.

Not so clean. Food way below average and way way way tooo many sales trying to sell you service Go to another place I’m sure there are other places that are nicer. Downtown was beautiful and worth the visit
