Overall all I didn’t have a great experience, first I waited about an hour in the reception to get my villa, the air conditioner wasn’t working in one room , the BBQ area wasn’t prepared.. can’t get supplies from the hotel, bathrooms and kitchen closet are too old need renovation , waited again over 15 to check out !! To literally drop off a key

The Hotel requested to transfer money to confirm the Honeymoon package or it will not be confirmed ! The hotel representative called me to transfer money and I said to have just add the amount to the invoice he said the honeymoon package will not be confirmed unless you transfer money to one account! I have travelled around the world and I have requested many honeymoon and Anniversary packages. This the first time the hotel asked me to transfer money to confirm! Moreover, the check in is 4:00 pm ! It is too late and traveled from another city and reach the hotel 2:00 pm ! Our room was not ready until 4:30 pm !

- Overpriced bad customer experience. - Breakfast items ( mortadela ), bread and croissant seemed to be expired. - No request has been delivered or contact made to customer beforehand. - Good location wasted by bad service and staff.

There are no Covid-19 precautions, and there is no sterilization tape in the door, bathroom, or toilet seat The rest of the things are good and fun and have fun for my family I am thinking of repeating the experience again

took one hour to check-in, service is so bad, not fully equipped as a resort such as microwave or stove, the breakfast was 4 items not that fancy as per the value, the pool was not cleaned well, i wish didn't go there.

It was lovely moments to stay with your family at this property. All of all was average except the sleeping quality was below standard and need to improve. Room service was average to poor get long time to do so.

The customer service are the worst customer service that I've ever met , I called them several times and most of the times they don't answer and I asked them if I can speak to a manager or a supervisor and they says that the manager is busy!.
