A top-notch hotel with an amazing view of the Nile and Aswan. The staff is wonderfully welcoming from the top down. I can’t say enough good things about Taysser, who works in guest service. She is very helpful, understanding and goes above and beyond to make sure all is good.

Excellent service and very nice staff.

My friends and I are ending our trip to Aswan in one of the most amazing hotels I’ve ever visited. We enjoyed our wine sitting out on the patio by the beautiful River Nile under a supermoon, served by a friendly waiter named Emad. What a wonderful evening that I will never forget!!

The lobby bar and staff especially Ahmed was and were exceptional. Cocktails were great, as was wine recommendation, and pizza was good too. Ahmed was wonderful and attentive. Mohamed and Malek helped make it a great experience on the terrace. We stayed longer and drank more than planned. Thank you to the great team!

I’ve began traveling in Egypt on 11/4/24 starting in Cairo. MOVENPICK hotel has been my favorite hotel! The accommodations including the rooms, views, restaurants, outdoor pool and grounds are beautiful. The staff especially Ramadan and outdoor staff provided superior service.
