1. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf wirklich einer Renovierung und Umgestaltung. Der Außenbereich der Villas sind einfach nur schlecht. Es fehlt einfach die Gemütlichkeit auch einmal draußen zu sitzen auf seiner eigenen Terrasse.

We are very sorry to hear that you found the resort and especially the outdoor areas of the villas to be outdated and lacking in comfort. You do NOT get what you pay for! Ein wirklich in die Jahre gekommenes Haus, bei welchem irgendwann vor vielen Jahren aufgehört wurde in den Erhalt der Substanz zu investieren. Zu wenig Liegen an den Pools. Viele Liegen waren nur noch Schrott und drohten unter dem daraufliegenden Gast zusammenzubrechen. In den ersten Tagen meldeten wir unser Talefon in unserer „Poolvilla“ als defekt. Um Speisen auf das Zimmer bestellen zu können oder einfach mal ein Anliegen an die Rezeption mitteilen zu können, musste ich immer selbst hinlaufen… das Telefon wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht repariert bzw. ausgetauscht. Sehr instabiles Internet. Häufige Unterbrechungen waren die Regel. Wer dort hinfährt um Strandurlaub zu machen, wird enttäuscht. Der frühere Sandstrand mit Zugang zum offenen Meer ist weggespült. Faustgroße Löcher in Bettlaken und Strandtüchern möchte ich in einem 5 Sterne Haus eigentlich nicht erleben. Es gäbe noch einiges was ich in dieser Auflistung hinzufügen könnte, jedoch gibt es auch positives zu erwähnen. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, sehr präsent und wirklich bemüht Wünsche von Gästen sofort zu erfüllen. Das Frühstück war gut. Sauberkeit in den Zimmern war wirklich sehr gut, jedoch erweckt der Gesamtzustand der Anlage einen wirklich in die Jahre gekommenen Eindruck. Das Haus selbst liegt nicht ganz so abgelegen wie in einigen Bewertungen beschrieben. Um allerdings in die Stadt zu kommen bietet das Hotel einen mehrmals am Tag zu festen Zeiten stattfindenden und kostenlosen Shuttle an. Für andere Ziele oder andere Fahrzeiten empfehle ich die Bolt oder Grab Apps zu nutzen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind Fussläufig innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Flughafen von Hua Hin liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es gibt aber kaum störenden Fluglärm. Wenn man Ruhe sucht bitte bedenken das es ein Family Hotel und kein Adult only Hotel ist. Erwähnenswert wäre außerdem noch das es sich um ein Petfriendly Hotel handelt. Haustiere sind willkommen was wir auch ausdrücklich begrüßten.

Wir hatten die privat Pool Villa und die Terrassen Suite. Beides hat uns gut gefallen. Jedoch fanden wir die Terrassen Suite schöner. Wir haben es genossen direkt am Seerosenteich zu liegen und die Vögel und Fische zu beobachten. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Auch als unsere Toilette kaputt war, wurde unmittelbar dafür gesorgt dass alles wieder einwandfrei funktioniert. Das Frühstück bietet eine üppige Auswahl an Speisen an. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel sehr gerne weiter.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Anlage mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereiten Personal, welches leider kein Deutsch spricht. Der Steg, der die Unterkünfte mit dem Restaurant verbindet, ist dringend zu erneuern. Hier ist Gefahr in Verzug! Wir hatten glücklicherweise nur Frühstück gebucht, was jedoch leider nur dem eines 3 Sterne Restaurants entsprach.
