Hervorzuheben sind jedenfalls die Größe der Zimmer, das riesige und abwechslungsreiche Frühstücksbuffet und die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals.

Nach zwölf Urlaubstagen möchten wir uns beim gesamten Personal des Hotels für die freundliche Aufnahme bedanken. Hervorheben möchten wir trotzdem Ms Noey von der Rezeption die uns herzlich empfangen hatte und immer erreichbar war, wenn Fragen anstanden, Mr Joey (Gästebetreuung) der immer ein freundliches Wort für uns oder Hilfe angeboten hat, Ms View die uns im Restaurant immer freundlichst und zuvorkommend behandelt hat. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir aber Mr Keng FB. Was der für ein Arbeitspensum hinlegt und dabei immer lacht und freundlich ist schon bemerkenswert. Ob an der Oceanbar Cocktails gemixt werden, fehlende Handtücher rangeholt, Liegen zurecht gerückt werden müssen, beim Frühstück Cafe gebracht wird....überall ist Keng zu finden. Ein toller Mitarbeiter fürs Mövenpick. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Einen Minuspunkt gibt es trotzdem. Leider ist kein richtiger Strand vorhanden.

Unsere Pool Villa 117 hatte wegen der großen Bäume den ganzen Tag Schatten. Der Pool war zu kalt und ständig voller Laub. WLAN Empfang sehr schlecht, ständige Probleme. Ohne ESim wäre Internet meist unmöglich gewesen.

Etwas mehr für Kinder wäre schön. Kids Club ist kaum Spielzeug drin und die Aktivitäten laut Plan finden nie statt. Nicht sehr kinderfreundlich Service Personal ist sehr nett Wir hatten eine 2 BR Pool Villa an der Lagune. Wir konnten leider nicht draußen sitzen weil es so viele Moskitos von der Lagune gab. Es wäre nett gewesen in den Schlafräumen anti Moskito Produkte (für die Steckdose) bereit zu stellen. Wir mussten diese selbst kaufen weil die Zimmer voller Moskitos waren. Andere Hotels (Sheraton) haben das kostenlos für Gäste und auch einen sehr besonderen Bereich für Kinder. Das wäre ein gutes Vorbild Ansonsten ein toller Aufenthalt!
