Nice could be better.

Chose this resort because it was a 5* hotel. We had to change our room because it did not give us any privacy, anyone walking along the garden could see through. We had half board meal plan, breakfast was ok but could improve. Dinner I was not happy with, we had pay for water which the waiter did not tell us. The foods was same and everything was cold. I was really disappointed that I could not wear burkini to use the pools, which I find it very difficult to understand as it is a Muslim country.

The experience at the Movenpick Hotel was perfect. I liked every facility, especially the gym, and the coach named Amel. She was very helpful and took great care to spend much of her time advising me and showing me the correct way to do exercises.

Mediocre service horrible food disgusting desert and the staff was unavailable and when asked for questions about food and food quality they were lying about ingredients. Prices are overwhelming and way above the low quality they are presenting to their guests. Will never come back So disappointing

i want to thank each and everyone in the spa for the warm welcoming and the professional and greet service and i want to thank you one more time for the best massage it was fantastic i really enjoy it and it was very good idea from Mr Yassine for the family cabin with my wife again thank you very much many thanks for each member of Mövenpick spa sousse i will visit you again for sure soon 🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝

Highly recommend this hotel who arranged private airport pick up upon arrival. I could have just stayed within the confines of this stunningly beautiful hotel. Highly recommend Pumo Italian restaurant upstairs and Turkish tea room for tea. All staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Receptionist Kadijah always smiling and super helpful with every request. I had a great yoga session with PT Nour who was excellent. I can’t wait to return here inshallah.
