Dear Ernestof2015, First and foremost, my most sincere apologies for not being able to meet your expectations during your stay. We always strive to assure that all of our guests are provided highest quality service standards and any dissatisfaction is promptly taken care of. Therefore, I do wish that we were informed about the discomfort during your stay so that we could have acted and ensure your satisfaction. We have investigated the details of dinner service and revealed that you have ordered to prepare your meal differently in accordance with your special diet and regretfully that may have led to a different taste. You may trust that our sea food products are especially appreciated by our guests and once again I wish we had the opportunity to better understand your expectation and provide service accordingly. I surely feel your concern about the noise however please allow me to highlight that we are at the very center on the capital city, adjacent to luxury restaurants and shopping malls, with proximity to embassies and business centers thus have direct access to metro and main streets. Inevitably we experience a certain level of noise only in our front side rooms despite our strong noise isolation. For your future visits we would be more than happy to provide you with rooms on a different side of the building which will secure quietness. On the other hand, I am dismayed to learn about your discomfort in regards to the preparation of your room and once again I regret that we did not have the opportunity to work on this matter during your stay. Please trust that the cleanliness is always our top priority thus process is executed in line with highest global standards. We have certifications and periodical audits from globally esteemed experts. This shortfall has been an unfortunate occasion which does not represent our standards and we will certainly action on this matter immediately to avoid similar situations. Furthermore please be assured that we very carefully select team members with competitive language skills and all our management team as well as the duty managers are fluent in English yet ready to serve whenever any assistance is needed. As you have kindly mentioned, due to the limitations in the region there may be a certain level of language barrier with certain departments therefore I kindly request your understanding. Last but not least, even though our gym area is rather cozy, we indeed offer main equipment such as treadmills, vertical & horizontal bicycles, rowing machine, free weights and multi-purpose chess & leg press machine. Once again I am sorry that we could not realize your discomfort at the time of your visit and I indeed wish to welcome you back in the future with another opportunity for creating better memories.
