객실, 해변, 수영장 등 호텔의 시설과 주변 경관은 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 또 가고 싶을 정도이죠. 하지만 체크인 과정이 매우 힘들었는데, 방도 늦게 준비되고, 리셉션에서 대기 시키는 방식이나 일 처리속도는 솔직히 너무 느렸습니다.

아이들에게 친화적인 조건으로 좋은 연말 휴가를 보내고 왔습니다. 별도의 앱으로 통역 없이도 편하게 이용할 수 있는점이 좋았습니다. 수건 요청시 늦은 대응을 제외하면 최고의 장소였습니다. 기회가 된다면 한번 더 오고 싶은 장소네요. 해피뉴이어!

시내랑 거리가 멀어서 아쉬웠지만 침구랑 수영장 조식 모두 맛있었습니다 아이들이 슬라이드를 엄청 좋아해서 즐거운시간 보냈어요

모벤픽 풀빌라 세번째 방문입니다 그간 만족스러웠기때문에 세번이나 왔지만 이번방문에서 서비스에 실망했습니다 메인풀에 있던 쉐이드도 비용이 있는거로 바뀌었더군요 스위스빌리지에 있는식당 아침 조식당 트로피카나 모두 서비스 인원부족으로 음식 늦게 나오는건 당연하고 요청을 위해 기다리는 시간도 길고 서버만나기가 힘들었습니다. 다음 냐짱 방문은 다른 호텔로 갈 예정입니다.
