Потрясающий отель. Нам понравилось все — сервис, уборка и еда. Огромный ассортимент блюд на завтраке, все что душа может пожелать. Убирают каждый день номер - все чисто и свежо. Огромный плюс что есть своя стиральная машинка и не надо в раковине полоскать пляжные вещи. Много развлечений на территории, удобно все бронируется через приложение. Невероятно вкусные рестораны с европейской едой и огромными порциями. И самый лучший спа с волшебными девочками массажистами. Огромное спасибо всему персоналу. Мы отдохнули с наслаждением.

숙소에 쥐가 있네요... 아침과 저녁 뷔폐는 별로입니다 그리고 저녁 뷔폐에 바퀴벌레가 있었는데... 직원이 웃으면서 아이보고 잡으라고 티슈를 주네요 아코르 티어 아깝지만 다신 안갈듯

What you described, including the presence of rats in the room and a cockroach at the dinner buffet, is completely unacceptable and far below the standards we strive to uphold. Please rest assured that we take this matter extremely seriously. I have immediately shared your comments with our Housekeeping, Pest Control, and Culinary teams for urgent investigation and corrective action. Additional inspections and preventive measures will be carried out to ensure such incidents do not happen again. I am also very concerned to hear about the way our staff responded in the restaurant. This does not reflect the level of professionalism and care we expect from our team, and we will address this matter internally with proper training and guidance. Sono tornato anche questo Anno ha festeggiare il mio compleanno al Movenpick Resort , e devo dire che come la volta scorsa sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. Ho chiesto di organizzarmi un barbecue in villa , villa bellissima e location fantastica in riva al mare, ( e qui voglio ringraziare in modo particolare il Manager Sig, ANDY, che si e' adoperato con la sua professionalita', gentilezza e disponibilita' ad accontentare le mie richieste, grazie mille ) e anche questa volta tutto organizzato alla perfezione , i miei amici ospiti al party, hanno apprezzato molto, la genuinita' , la freschezza e l'abbondanza del cibo. ( Qui voglio ringraziare sia il Capo cuoco ANDREA, che mi ha consigliato con la sua esperienza cosa far preparare e sia il vice cuoco WIKI ,che e' stato fantastico nel cucinare il tutto in modo impeccabile e con il suo staff ci ha fornito un servizio efficientissimo ). Mio figlio si e' divertito molto con il kids club ( grazie ragazze) , con il water park e le altre attrazioni presenti all'interno del resort. Servizio sempre buono e come al solito tutto pulito e ordinato. Colazione abbondante e ottima . Da consigliare alle famiglie con bambini . Staff efficiente.

Resort, molto bello , pulito, accogliente. Adatto a tutti ,ma favoloso per le famiglie con bambini. Bellissimo acqua park interno, 2 super Kids Club, 2 sale GYM attrezzatissime , inserite in un caratteristico paesino Svizzero. (Al pub si mangia molto bene, specialita' Tedesche , Austriache ecc, ci sono stato appunto con amici Austriaci e Tedeschi, sono rimasti entusiasti ). SPA bellissima e molto riservata, breakfast al buffe' con ampia scelta , e curato in modo egregio dallo sheff Italiano ANDREA , lui con il suo team , voglio ricordare soprattutto EUGENIA ( ragazza Bielorussa molto educata e sempre pronta a consigliare i clienti) e il secondo sheff VICKY, mi hanno organizzato un barbecue in villa FANTASTICO per il mio compleanno. Personale sempre sorridente e gentile , a tal proposito vorrei ricordare la Manager alla recption Sig . ANNA e il suo team. Ville tutte vista mare ,molto belle, spaziose e attrezzatissime ( anche la lavatrice ). Da non perdere.
