Mövenpick Resort Cam Ranh

We had wonderful experience while stay at the Movenpick Cam Ranh. A stunning resort with the idyllic views of the sea . Massive pool and lush gardens make it a true luxury resort. The team at the hotel was exceptional in going the extra mile , from the buggy driver who jumps down to open doors of lobby as he drops the guest to the most efficient F & B service staff at Tropicana who served us with a smile every single day. Ms Daoo in Front office and The FOM both were extremely kind in organizing tours as well as keeping all bills ready for an quick check out. The property maintenance is stupendous and all lawns and public areas are so well maintained ! I relieved my child hood days and enjoyed the pool slides for hours every day. We enjoyed it so much and felt it was too short and wished to be there for longer. ! The General Manager Mr Bruno Huber has to be complimented for running one of the finest resorts in Nha Trang . He personally welcomed us and made sure that my wife's 40th Birthday was super special and memorable. Generous , warm and very personable gentlemen Bruno reflects what true hospitality is all about

We had a 7 night stay with family friends, each of us staying in a beach side pool villa, the villas are sensational and kids slides and pools are perfect. However, we were left underwhelmed by the food and especially the service at the Tropicana Beach restaurant. Most of the staff were new trainees that didn’t seem to have the necessary training, every meal we experienced had some sort of error and whilst everyone apologized the same mistakes were made every meal. The management dealing with the complaints showed little empathy for the problem. The first time we stayed here it was during covid so we gave them the benefit of the doubt but the service has not improved. Very disappointing.

We had a beautiful stay at Movenpick Cam Ranh. The reception staff were so helpful, I'd particularly like to mention Ms Trang, who was lovely and welcoming & Ms. Yen - manager did interact and give me all of resort informations which we need. The breakfast was so great too. The room are one of a kind, I have never seen such a nice design and great for couple. And HK team set up honeymoon so nice & romantic specially.Amazing resort and amazing people, thank you for a great stay we will not forget!

Hotel davvero bello con qualche dettaglio da sistemare anche in reception tipo le tende prima dell’uscita verso la piscina. Comunque villetta fronte mare veramente stupenda complimenti, ma attenti ai dettagli tenda avvolgibile nella stanza completamente sporca poi prontamente sostituita e divano con molte macchie. Ma oltre a questo grande potenziale per questo resort veramente bello. Lo swiss village è più in stile bavarese che svizzero ma ben fatto. I piatti tipici svizzeri sono da rivedere come ho già fatto presente ai gerenti della chubeli il formaggio deve essere quello giusto non si può portare formaggio di tipo cheddar o gouda inaccettabile per il resto cucina buona.

Buona esperienza , le camere potrebbero essere più curate , la pulizia sull’area della piscina privata , sarebbe carino fare la colazione per chi prenota una villa con piscina privata nel ristorante sulla spiaggia e non nel ristorante contralte affollato e rumoroso . Abbiamo avuto solo l’ultimo giorno alla nostra partenza
