Dear Arne, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are delighted to hear that you found our hotel to be clean, cozy, and enjoyed the extensive breakfast, as well as the beautiful setting by the pond. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused by the noise from the neighboring rooms. For future stays, we offer earplugs at the front desk to help with soundproofing, and we will certainly continue working to improve guest comfort in this area. Regarding the location, we understand that it may not be as close to the city center as some may prefer. However, we are conveniently situated near Maya Mall, Nimman Road, Chiang Mai University, and Doi Suthep, and we’re glad to hear that Grab services made it easy for you to explore the city.
