Booked 2 standard rooms ( with 2 single beds) and stayed for 2 nights. Great that guests are asked to only take amenities that they need upon check in, as it reduces wastage. Room is comfortable enough for 2 persons for a short stay. Room is clean and appreciate that laundry and dry cleaning is available at the hotel. Location wise, it is about a 10-15 min walk from the Nagoya JR Station. It is accessible via a underground walkway (about 3 mins walk from the hotel), where there are numerous shops and eateries along the way. Our stay includes daily breakfast, which provides a decent variety of food.

Having a wonderful stay as platinum member ! Can be say the best Ibis in town with the service and sweet smiles each of them .Checked in by friendly front desk Mr Yanagi and make sure I have all my things in order and explain me all the benefits before I get into my room . Nice fancy restaurant and all the staff Speak very well English and lead by their F&B MC manager ms Yoko Hirata . She a wonderful lady who make sure her staffs giving the best treatment for me . Big good thumb for her. also thanks to Takayuki , Yuji & Kenta giving wonderful service to me . Sure 100% will be back to this hotel again!

シャワーブースのみでしたが、レインシャワーがありとても気持ち良かったです。 フロントでもらえるアメニティが雪肌精というのもポイント高いです。 洗面の裏が机のようなスペースになっていて、ベッドに座ってPC作業もできました。 お部屋も清潔感があり過ごしやすかったです。

Check-in process is quick and smooth which is helpful as we arrived late at night. This was also possible as I did online check-in through Accor ALL app. The assigned room is at the highest floor, allowing us amazing sky view of the city. We can also see Nagoya Castle from our room. The room itself is simple and sufficient for us. The location is within walking distance to Nagoya train station as well as the Yanagibashi Central Market where you can hunt for good meal.

Good location - easy 10min walk to Nagoya Station and close to underground passage entrance which was great on the rainy days! Hotel is new and modern. Room is well appointed but not very sound proof - could hear a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful, I really appreciated their English skills as my Japanese is very basic. Really liked the open wardrobe and vanity basin & mirror in the common area. Comfy bed, excellent blockout curtains. Room was clean-ish. Flooring and sinks/wet areas were are little bit stained/scuffed. Breakfast buffet had wide variety of western and Japanese options.
