离京都JR站步行不超过十分钟，这次订的是超大床房间，入住很舒服，服务人员很热情，早餐很丰盛，只可惜没有日式早餐供选择。

性价比高，距离京都站前步行10分钟不到。装修挺有风格，去西本愿寺穿过大路就是。可以寄存行李，前台英语和服务都不错。会员待遇好

We appreciate your comments about the room facilities and understand your concerns regarding the lack of a bathtub and laundry room. Please note that we do offer rooms with bathtubs, and we hope you will consider reserving one next time to enjoy a more relaxing stay. We also take note of your experience with our male front desk staff during check-in and will review it with our team to ensure a more welcoming experience in the future. We sincerely apologize for the missing toothbrush in your companion’s room and will reinforce our room inspection procedures to prevent similar oversights. 离京都站步行约10分钟，地理位置并不便利；房间虽然做了升级，却和基础房型的大小没有区别；浴室水压非常小，洗澡十分困难；白金会员的下午茶权益已经取消，也没有向日本别的美居那样提供畅饮权益。总之，非常糟糕的体验。
