Absolutely impressed by this hotel. The room had a cosy vibe and was modern, clean and comfortable. Walking distance to restaurants and short taxi ride to Kyoto’s centre. Would stay here again.

It is so far from station, no facilities available. Always crowded with tour groups. Breakfast needs to queue. Long waiting time for minor arrangement at front desk. No managerial personnel around. Seems to be lack of management.

제목에서 적은 대로 전체적인 느낌과 만족도는 좋습니다. 하지만 세부적으로 지적해야 할 부분은 좀 있군요. 일단 교토 스테이션과의 거리가 교토역을 거쳐서 어디론가 가는 사람들에게는 걷기에는 좀 멀었습니다. 그리고 객실에 먼지가 많아서 결국에는 알러지가 날 정도. 이 부분을 중간에 청소할때 해결을 해달라고 했는데 개선이 안됐다는 점은 구조적인 문제가 있다고 판단합니다. 또한 연박을 하는 손님들에게는 방 청소시에 물이 지급이 되어야 하는데 그러지 않더군요. 세부적으로 좀 지적할 부분이 있었습니다. 직원들의 태도는 매우 친절했고 한국인 숙박객들은 적어서 새로운 경험이었습니다.
