As an ALL Platinum member, your loyalty and recognition are very important to us, and we are sorry that our explanation did not fully meet your expectations. Please allow us to clarify that at our hotel, the complimentary breakfast benefit for ALL Platinum members is applied to one room per eligible member’s stay. Therefore, breakfast charges may apply for guests staying in an additional room or for guests not covered by the eligible room benefit. We understand that the application of ALL member benefits can sometimes feel different depending on the hotel or reservation conditions, and we regret that this was not clear enough in advance. We regret that there was missed cleaning under the bed and that some bathroom amenities were not replenished properly.
