Please allow us to clarify that at our hotel, the complimentary breakfast benefit for ALL Platinum members is applied to one room per eligible member’s stay. Therefore, breakfast charges may apply for guests staying in an additional room or for guests not covered by the eligible room benefit. We understand that the application of ALL member benefits can sometimes feel different depending on the hotel or reservation conditions, and we regret that this was not clear enough in advance. We will review how we explain these benefits at check-in so that our guests can feel more informed and comfortable during their stay. 일전에 다와 유라 교토에 투숙했는데 그곳보다 외국인 관광객이 훨씬 많고 글로벌한 느낌

We regret that there was missed cleaning under the bed and that some bathroom amenities were not replenished properly.
