Overpowering perfume smell in lobby, too much stuff everywhere gathering dust and annoying music all the time in common areas. Dark, dim room with odd accoutrements - weird side table with fake pullout drawer for electronic ports and lights. Breakfast buffet very expensive and not great for lean protein sources. Didn’t like this hotel.

교토내의 교통시스템을 기반으로 보았을 때, 위치가 아주 좋은 편은 아니지만, 조금 걸어서 다니기엔 적당한 편. 시설도 가격에 비하면 적당히 좋은 편임

First and foremost, please accept our sincere apologies for the frustration and disappointment you experienced, particularly regarding the late check-out arrangement for your two rooms. We fully understand how upsetting it must have been to receive confirmation the day before, only to be contacted on the day of departure and asked to vacate one of the rooms earlier than agreed. This inconsistency and the way the situation was handled were clearly unacceptable and fell short of our service standards. We are truly sorry for the stress this caused you and your family. We also regret that our team did not demonstrate sufficient care and attentiveness in addressing your concerns. Your comment about the lack of effort to resolve guest inconvenience has been taken very seriously. We are currently reviewing our internal communication procedures to ensure that confirmed arrangements — especially late check-outs — are properly recorded and double-checked to prevent similar situations in the future. Regarding your ALL Gold membership benefits, we sincerely apologize that you did not feel adequately recognized during your stay. The issue concerning the welcome drink voucher for multiple-room reservations should have been clearly explained at check-in, and alternative support should have been considered. It is never our intention for our valued members to feel overlooked. We also regret that the room condition, Wi-Fi experience, and overall service did not meet your expectations. Your feedback has been shared with the relevant departments for immediate review and improvement. Please accept our heartfelt apologies once again. 첫날 교토역에서 거리가 있다고 생각했으나 중심가에서 조금 떨어져있어서 번잡함을 피해서 숙박할 수 있었습니다.

Very conveniently located (about a 7 - 10 minute walk from Kyoto station). The hotel has a modern design and the rooms are very comfortable. We had a room on a higher floor with a view of the Kyoto tower - which was a very nice view to have in the night. Breakfast spread is good with a wide set of options.

위치는 아주 좋다고도 할수 없습니다. 조용한곳에 위치해있으며 대부분 친절했습니다. 성인3명이용시 절대 추천하지 않습니다. 엑스트라배드가 지금까지 다녀본 침대중에 가장 최악이였습니다.
