Dear Guest, Thank you very much for sharing your feedback following your stay at Mercure Kyoto Station. We are pleased to hear that you appreciated our convenient location, breakfast, and especially the courtesy and professionalism of our team. Regarding cappuccino, we are sorry to hear that the additional charge was disappointing. For our Privilege Floor rooms, a coffee machine is provided in the room for guests to enjoy during their stay. Also, housekeeping service is generally provided daily, and we apologize if there was any lack of clarity in our explanation. While we do not have washing machines inside the hotel, a coin laundry is available just a two-minute walk from the property. Your comments are very valuable to us, and we will continue working to improve the way we communicate our services to our guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future.
