Overpriced. Breakfast was ok but the most uncomfortable awkward seats EVER in any restaurtant. Outside of breakfast I cannot recommend the food in the restaurant. besides the ridiculous seats, the food except for brakfast is not good. However, many good restaurants around to eat. It is a "trendy" area around the hotel that is why it is priced so high. I believe the Dann Hotel nearby is a better value.

despite we had a confirmed booking they had no room anymore for us when we arrived. They tried to move us to another hotel. Staff was very rude so we decided to go and solve the problem ourselves. Never would I stay in Novotel again.

Check-In Process: The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff provided me with all the necessary information, including breakfast and restaurant options within the hotel. The front desk staff were consistently helpful and readily available when needed. Location: The hotel enjoys a fantastic location near Parque 93, offering an array of dining options and coffee shops within walking distance. Just across the street, you'll find "Cigarreria Punto 93," a charming local shop that's perfect for purchasing essentials, beer, and liquor. It's reasonably priced, and the owner is always welcoming and happy to accommodate. Safety: Throughout my stay, I felt exceptionally secure in the hotel, thanks to the presence of a security guard in both the lobby and the outside area. Exploring the Parque 93 area was also reassuring, as I always felt safe while walking around, keeping a keen eye on my surroundings. Room: The room was not only comfortable but also impressively clean. The beds were especially comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. The shower was a highlight of the room. Common Areas: The common areas of the hotel were also exceptionally clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall pleasant stay experience. Breakfast: I must admit that the breakfast experience left much to be desired. I had stayed in another hotel in the Parque 93 vicinity before coming to Novotel, and their breakfast options were far superior. Novotel lacked a toaster, and the available food items were limited to a selection of cheese and hams. The service was lacking, except for the person who greets you and takes your room number. It seemed a bit disorganized, with a lack of focus on catering to the guests' needs. I found myself tidying my table and requesting condiments and utensils several times. This was definitely not the best breakfast experience for a hotel of this caliber. Lobby Bar: The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the lobby bar. Raul, the bartender, is the reason I would consider returning to Novotel. His exceptional customer service and dedication to mixology are truly remarkable. Raul is a highly knowledgeable bartender who exudes passion for his craft. Novotel is fortunate to have him. It was a bit disappointing that the hotel didn't leverage a talent like Raul to enhance the lobby bar experience further and ensure that every guest stops by to savor what Raul has to offer. I highly recommend trying one of Raul's specialty margaritas; I promise you won't be disappointed. He takes the experience to a whole new level. Overall: In summary, I believe this hotel has the potential to be competitive with others in the surrounding area, but there is untapped potential. For instance, the terrace boasts breathtaking views, but there isn't much to entice guests to sit there. I would suggest relocating the bar to the terrace and having Raul oversee it, which would undoubtedly make it a more enjoyable and inviting space.

There are much better options in Bogota for the same price. I arrived on a Sunday they asked me to pay even though it is my company that has to pay but on Monday.!!! They could have just taken a credit card deposit but no, otherwise I wouldn't sleep. 200 dollars for a small room without coffee, 1st price toilet bowl, in short frankly there is much better in Bogota

Regarding your reservation, it was made through the Booking platform, and for this type of reservation, the guest must make the payment directly at the hotel. For this reason, you will be charged at the time of check-in just the first night. Only some of our rooms have a coffee maker, and the room that you booked does not have it. However, when you asked for it, we delivered it to you. and Regarding the price of the reservation, it was the one chosen by the person who made your reservation. I had four nights at Novotel Bogota recently. It's a great place to stay for a variety of reasons. First of all, it's an Accor property. The management is similar to Ibis with an extra half star across the board. The quality level and rates are about a half star below Pullman and a whole star below Sofitel... and around half the rate of Sofitel yet only 20% higher than a room at Ibis. The staff is excellent. I was especially amazed by Peter, the bellman. My Spanish is poor. His English is great and he helped me in many ways. Highlights: I liked the resteraunt a lot. The breakfast buffet was special to me from the variety of fresh tropical fruits and fresh squeezed tropical fruit juices. Novotel is close to a fantastic gym called Spin Center. If you normally work out with a trainer in your home city, you can book a trainer at the spin center and a few sessions will give you a nice boost. It's also easy to find scenic running trails. This neighborhood has 12-story trees within the meridians of roads in the upscale affluent areas.
