总体不错,不过我订的是顶层的,入住时给我2楼的房间,后面与前台交涉后换成了7楼的,服务态度很好,但希望销售部门要再认真些。

Very disappointing first impression in the front desk. You have to pay extra if you dont have The VAT form or passform… This would not be a valid way to promote a business in Europe, it would have been illegal.

Nice Rooms, Perfectly Situated. Would be 5 Stars If Friendlier With Water and Coffee In Room and No Mainteance Issues

The location of the hotel is perfect, just seconds away from Acapulco Beach, where there are no warnings not to swim and the sea is relatively calm. Sadly for me, the water is much too cold to swim in Vina del Mar. The neighbourhood nearby is really nice, with many bars and restaurants, and the large Marina Mall is about a 15 minute walk away. I feel bad not giving 5 stars but in one of the friendliest countries I have ever visited, this hotel stood out as the one I visited which felt very impersonal. There was no welcome at the door when I arrived, and save for the man who checked me out who was incredibly friendly and talkative, you were barely even acknowledged by anyone here. Rooms are very nice but there are no coffee making facilities and you only get free water on your first night, again unlike the other hotels I visited on my trip. There was one day we were told we would have no hot water from 10am to 7pm, so I avoided going to the beach that day, and another where WiFi and TV were turned off after 10pm, all without compensation. Not what you'd expect from a higher end hotel. I think this could easily be 5 stars if it were friendlier, coffee and water were offered and they could somehow avoid the maintenance issues, or at least offer some form of compensation.

Fantastic holiday at the beach.

My husband and me stayed at the hotel for one week during our winter holiday back home. We spent a few days in Santiago before and after the week in Vina Del Mar. We were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel is at the beach, and just at the main street , which was perfect for us. We like to go for long walks along the beach. The hotel was clean, both our room and the common areas. The staff was very polite and everyone greeted us with hello and good day. Always. The lady who was cleaning our room, madame Solange, was very kind and did a tremendous good work in cleaning our room. We asked for an extra duved the first day, and she fixed it immediately. She even spoke Swedish. Which made us feel good. (Norwegian and Swedish are similar languages.) When there were small problems in our room, the staff came right away. When the the safe didn’t open ( our mistake) and the electric curtain was stuck, they fixed it right away. Most of the staff spoke very well English. The breakfast was large with many healthy choices and they filled up the tables and cleaned after the guest in a very efficient way. We had half pension / half board and ate dinner in the restaurant. The three course dinners were excellent every day. Just like the same quality as on the cruises we have been to. The waiters who served us were professional and very friendly. The only thing to complain about was the gym. It was too small and had too little equipment. We would love to come back. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

This is a very cute hotel and is in a great location!! The breakfast included was awesome! We had dinner included on two nights, but they only give you one choice (no substitutions). The gym is just okay, but had a nice outdoor area to do yoga. I gave 4 out of 5 due to the poor rooftop bar service on New Year’s Eve. So many people working but waited 30 minutes to get 2 simple drinks. We stood at the bar waiting and waiting. Overall we had a nice stay and I would recommend this hotel.
