Check in was quick. Every employee was helpful and polite. The hotel is very modern with clean lines and no clutter in the rooms. Everything was very clean. Rooms were quiet, I did not hear other guests.

Excellent service all around from the staff and the food the location was excellent as well and the responsiveness whenever I asked for assistance. The lobby was very pleasant with the furniture layout and the bar area as well

Loud music playing from 6am - 12 midnight

Stayed in Peru for 13 days at 4 hotels and with Pullman being the most expensive and highest end, but I ended up with the worst sleep out of the 4 because of loud party-type music playing somewhere in the Hotel straight from 6am-12midnight which I could hear the music and bass in my room (200s section). For such a high end and expensive hotel I expect to be able to sleep at night. Only reason why I don't give it 1 star is because the staff put in good effort to try to find the source of the music and lower it but that only decreased the noisiness instead of solving it.
