Nous avons séjourné 10 jours dans cet hôtel avec le Kappa Club. Que dire… magnifique, sublime, incroyable ! Nous avons passé un de nos plus beaux voyages. L’hôtel est très somptueux et très chic ! Tout le personnel, et je dis bien tout le personnel, est d’une gentillesse incroyable. Serviables, souriants et aux petits soins ! Dès que vous arrivez, vous sortez de la voiture et hop, vous n’avez plus rien à faire, on s’occupe de tout, c’est limite si on ne vous porte pas à votre chambre ! Hôtel toujours propre et bien rangé ! L’emplacement est très bien situé. Nous sommes au centre de tout et il y a des navettes ou des taxis qui vous amènent partout. L’équipe Kappa Club, Hermine, Vichy, Toéy, et Eolia sont une équipe d’animation exemplaire ! Souriantes, serviables, gentilles, elles ont de nombreuses fois discuté avec nous. Nous avons appris énormément de choses sur la Thaïlande en discutant avec elles, c’est vraiment agréable et je dois dire que c’est la première fois que nous avons un aussi bon rapport avec une équipe d’animation. Elles se donnent vraiment du mal pour mettre en place des activités et des sorties, et c’est très réussi. Nous avons vraiment passé de bons moments avec elles lors des sorties Kappa, et cela a contribué à notre magnifique voyage.

après 2023 nouveau séjour au PULLMAN KHAO LAK en 2024 , avec toujours le même plaisir : un personnel aux petits soins et souriant, des chambres avec une hygiène parfaite et chaque jour de petites attentions, une écoute du personnel encadrant au top ont fait de notre séjour un petit paradis. Nous avons, de plus retrouvé Party notre barmaid préférée toujours aussi pétillante et excellente dans les cocktails , de même Bari préposé à la logistique des valises et des shultles que nous avons revu avec un plaisir partagé, son humour et son éternel sourire est un réconfort permanent. Enfin petite mention à Jing qui nous a permis de retrouver une chambre au top et décorée de temps en temps. Le restaurant qu'en à lui est correct et bon. Enfin nous saluons aussi l'équipe de KAPPA dirigée par Hermine qui ont su nous accompagner au quotidien, en proposant sans imposer des animations et en prenant le temps pour chacun d'échanger sur les conditions de son séjour. TRES BON SEJOUR
