On behalf of Management team, I'm deeply apologize for the missed anniversary decorate to welcome you on your special day, we have tried to recovery our service by prepared a cake as our sincere apology and to wish you a happy 10th anniversary, however, our restaurant service staff nocked the door and disturbing you on your privacy time. This is unprofessional service that has made. We hope to get your empathy and we will improve to avoid same problem in further. Regarding on spa service, I have checked with spa therapy and was informed that you booked 45 Minutes for Green tea body scrub treatment and they has completed it on time as you came earlier 10 minutes before your booking time. As you checked out early, that's why we have no chance to see you on your departure. We has arranged the transportation to drop you to the port as our sincere gesture to apology for our mistaken service to make our guest feel comfortable and forgive us.
