We had a great one-night stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The property was spotless and very well maintained, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. Only little suggestion would be to upgrade rooms as these were a bit dated and also offer a better bar selection, this was very tiny. A special highlight was the thoughtful gesture of having champagne waiting in our room to help us celebrate — such a kind and personal touch! We truly appreciated the attention to detail.

Still as nice as the first time we stayed here and all the times in between. Friendly staff, good food, great chef, comfortable rooms, interesting interior. Patrick is a genius of the hospitality industry, and his colleagues make a great team.

We stayed here for a couple of nights before being picked up for a safari trip. Reception staff were warm and welcoming on our arrival and showed us around the hotel and then to our room. The room was awesome (Presidential Suite) with great bed, huge bathroom area and lovely sitting room. We had everything we could ask for. The restaurant staff and food were great as well! Location is great also, just a 3min walk to the beachside walkway and a 5min walk to a shopping mall where you can get anything from a packet of chips to a safari suit. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Located in a very upmarket area a few minutes walk from the sea front. We had one night there as we were getting a flight up to Johannesburg. Beautiful decor, lovely food. We stayed over the road in the annex building. A bit strange but our room was really amazing.

A very nice hotel at a central location in Summerstrand. The hotel is a good stop for transit or to spend a couple of days in the region. It is close to the promenade and also within easy reach of the airport or the N2. There is a restaurant and a Spa. Definitely on our list when visiting this part of the country. There is safe parking and the staff is very friendly and acommodating.
