Menager doesn’t control nothing

There is no communication at this hotel. Arrangements are made via WhatsApp and email, yet a completely different person appears and openly discusses a romantic surprise dinner next to my boyfriend, ruining it entirely. A birthday cake was delivered 20 minutes earlier than agreed, forcing me to open the door in a towel, unprepared, with a toothbrush in my mouth. This was not the agreed time and shows a total lack of coordination and respect. I am referring specifically to the short manager, who was extremely arrogant, laughed at the situation, showed no willingness to resolve the problem, and came across as confrontational rather than professional. This is not someone who should be in a managerial position. Also, do not expect pre-ordered items to be honored. If you order wine in advance, be prepared that it will not be available, and you will be offered a cheap all-inclusive alternative instead. Not suitable for birthdays, honeymoons, or special occasions. The end of the day we cancel dinner and our stay

落ち着いていて眺めの良い素晴らしいロケーション、到着直後からほっとさせてくれるスタッフのホスピタリティ、清潔なお部屋と美しいインフィニティプール、いずれも素晴らしかったです。食事はたくさんの種類が豊富に用意されています。お肉や魚は焼かれたものが多いですが少し乾いて硬かったので、煮たものがあれば良かったなと思います。欧米的な料理が多く、もっとタンザニアらしい、ザンジバルらしい料理が食べられるとより豊かな食体験となりそうです。ディナー時のダンスショーも明るく生演奏で楽しめました。トイレの水洗の具合がイマイチわかりにくかったですが、流れないなどの不都合はありませんでした。

We had a wonderful experience! The view is lovely, atmosphere is so welcoming and relaxing. The room is spacious and clean. The staff go above and beyond to accommodate and make your experience so special. The food variety is fresh and delicious! The cook at the BBQ fun and excellent service! I’d like to say special thanks to Raphael one of the bartenders for being so friendly and fun to visit with - such a sweet young man!
