The good: nice crisp sheets, comfortable beds, nice towels, good shower, good location, good front desk service. The bad: dingy hallways, dated and stained furniture, weak Wi-Fi in the front building and nearly nonexistent Wi-Fi in the rear building. The front building seemed a bit more updated than the rear building. You have to walk through the parking garage to get to the rear building and signage is lacking. The breakfast buffet is decent. Free laundry is nice, but at least one of the 4 dryers was not functional.

We really enjoyed our stay and great location.

Very comfortable 2 bedroom garden suite room. Really lovely but a tiny bathroom for a 2 bedroom apartment. Great access to wifi, tv when we needed to relax. Comfy beds. A perfect location for walking into the city centre and enjoying all Queenstown has to offer.

Good location, friendly staff, comfortable beds, great shower. I was surprised at the price we paid there was no air-conditioning, and the furniture was very tired with chips and stains. If you have a car, you need to take your chances finding a spot in their very small underground carpark on arrival because there is nowhere to pull up out the front. They have another carpark at the back, but you need to phone them to get access.

Very far from “luxury accommodation”. Yes, the views and the location are great but the suite itself is very disappointing. The furniture is tired, dated, unclean. There is no ventilation in the bedrooms, they felt stuffy. The size was good for our family and the kitchen was suitably stocked with utensils to cook a basic meal but unfortunately the negatives massively outweigh the positives overall. Certainly not worth the money spent on this. It’s a real shame because it has so much potential.

You are paying an exorbitant price for the view only. Extra charges for parking. Rooms, sofas, blankets, carpets are mouldy, dirty, smelly and there is no ventilation in the bathrooms. There are better value accommodation with great views too.
