booked in for a nite after driving around wagga, husband in hospital come back from hospital wanting dinner, only to be told they only serve breakfast, yet when I booked in restraunt was set out for meals & was not told this by receptionist Would never book at these motels again

Terrific Pet Friendly Hotel with lovely and helpful staff. I stayed 10 days here with my Dog, the service was terrific and the hotel is quiet and very central to restaurants, cafe's and shops. I would happily stay here again and would encourage others to stay.

Tired and past it’s glory days

Room was clean, but very tired and dated. The spa motor didn’t work, and the shower was difficult to use above the spa with full pressure. It sprayed the whole bathroom. Curtains had holes in them where they had rotted. Energy from the crowd. Furniture was relatively new, bedding was clean and sheeting good. Although we were entitled to free breakfast, we couldn’t order breakfast as they were out of eggs! The furniture in the atrium also posed challenges with low chairs making eating difficult. Staff were however lovely and trying hard with a very dated hotel.

Staff were polite, room was well equipped and clean, mini bar was reasonably priced with a good variety.. but.. rooms are very dated, smells very musty damp, bed was uncomfortable.. lots of potential to be had if they updated the rooms and sorted the source of the smell that starts from the elevator

Very comfortable, clean and well located. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The music in the bar was excellent thanks to the young girl receptionist who loved 1950s-60s. Breakfast was good, but no dinner avail. Easy parking
