The restaurant was appalling. Overcrowded and under resourced. We only attempted to eat there once, and then went elsewhere for the rest of our stay, and had breakfast in our room with supplies sourced from town. A great pity because the resort is otherwise good and in a great location.

Don’t stay here if you want Internet or phone.

I was supposed to stay for 2 nights on a business trip. When I went to my room I had no phone or internet. I approached reception where I was advised that alot of the rooms have this issue. One of the lovely staff knew of a room she thought would have internet and moved me. Unfortunately what internet it had kept dropping out and I was unable to complete my work. I left the next day and requested a refund for the second night as my room when booking said high speed internet. A week later and there’s been no response to my emails. I will not recommend staying here. How families with children manage I have no idea.

A nice 1 week holiday at the resort. Accommodation was clean, decently equipped, but a little dated. Sewage smell slightly in the ensuite and laundry.

We were travelling as a family of different generations. We stayed in the 3 bedroom Villa, which had everything we needed. Yes this resort does need an upgrade like every other place at the moment, but people need to remember Covid took a massive hit on tourism and hospitability and although it is over, these industries are still recovering. The only issue we had was that the Pool areas were not very well monitored. Lots of people drinking, which is fine, but there was lots of glass bottles, can be dangerous if broken near pools. Also, lots of teenagers ignoring the rules and jumping off the top of the cave above the spa etc. We had young children with us, the parents of these children just ignored it, we didn't feel like it was a safe environment for the toddlers so left. It's all well and good to put up signs but it should be policed every now and then, we didn't really get to enjoy the pool areas because of this.
