Ótimo atendimento, infraestrutura , café da manhã, limpeza do quarto, simpatia dos funcionários, agilidade na comunicação, um dos melhores Ibis que já visitei em todo o Brasil. Parabéns a todo time !!!

Gostaria de agradecer todas pessoas do hotel Ibis Maracanau ceará pela excelente recepção e a minha estadia por mais de 20 dias ,tudo foi perfeito a recepção a alimentação a atenção dos funcionários conosco sempre preocupado com as pessoas que estavam instalados nesse hotel..agradecendo em especial as camareiras e camareiros,as pessoas da copa ,as pessoas da cozinha as pessoas da recepção e a gerência muito obrigado por fazer a minha estadia ser perfeita.... Um forte abraço a todos e o meu muito obrigado....até breve...

La verdad estuve ahí solo una noche, pero esta noche me han tratado super bien, todos muy amables conmigo. Estoy contenta con el servicio recibido. Gracias

I am very disappointed with the cleaner (room maker) because the sheets´s bed there were dirty when I went to sleep. I tol then recepetion desk about the problem on the day before, when I tiurn back to the hotel on the evening I realize the bed was still dirty... Of course I change the room, but what a DISASTER against the customer! I told there was dirty on the bed and they keep the dirty for me to next evening!!!!! Congratulations ! Nice actuation´s hotel! Giving a dirty bed for 2 nights to the customer!

We are regular customers of the Accor chain of hotels. For the first time, we were extremely disappointed by Accor. This hotel Maracanau is in a very scary location, literally, We cancelled our reservation of 3 nights after the first night due to the very scary location. Second, the quality of the hotel is not "styles" quality. I believe that the quality is not even Ibis. And, the quality may not even be Ibis Budget. THis hotel is a disaster and we are very disappointed with Accor.
