I stay 3 nights during Canton Fair , really very nice hotel and very friendly staff. We didn’t have fair entrance badges but hotel guest experience manager Mr.Wang Yang help us to get it. I suggest all travelers to stay this lovely hotel to be feel at home. Thank you so much.

Excellent hotel inside Guangzhou baiyun airport. This is third time i stayed here with my Boss to attend Canton Fair. I with my Boss met Mr WangYang ,Guest Experience Manager by last year of October Autumn Fair . His attentive service made us stay here feel at home. We add his wechat and when we have any request or have any problem to reslove just wechat him. For the first time i and my Boss decide to stay here for the future Canton Fair. This is my third time to stay and my Boss very satisfied with our stay. Room is clean and spacious , the most important is very quiet despite inside airport without noise. I heard from Mr Wang the room with double deck sound proof glass that's the reason. I will be back with my Boss by next year April Fair and catching up with Mr Wang See you soon !

Hotel walkable to the airport or provide a shuttle. Breakfast selection was good and no complain about their service. When we checked in, we were allocated to a room full of smoke smell though it was a non-smoking room. After informing the front desk, the hotel staff came to us and did an exchange of room to ensure smooth transition to another room. We had an overnight stay at this hotel as we are taking an early flight the next day

Although it is a Pullman Branded hotel, the room is seriously outdated and the design is really bad, there are no charging ports on both bed sides, you have to charge your phone on the desk. The decoration is old and poor maintenance. There are lots of staff in the front desk are trainee from the school. Had stay here for couple times, not any improvement, there are lots of newly opened hotel around, could be the better choices with lower price.
