Location wise the hotel is good for transit passengers. But the hotel is really old. No force for water in the bathrooms, the AC is not cold and they provided a fan for me to sleep. The temperature outside is cold, but inside the hotel you need a proper air-conditioning to keep the air comfortable.

5 star for the room, 1 star for the poor service.

Five star for the hardware and 1 star for the service. Please choose another hotel if u travel with lots of luggage or family members needing help, or arrives at mid night, because the service of the hotel is in chaos. We reserved individual private pick up service as my husband arrives at T3 around midnight. And no one showed up. When I called the hotel reception, the answer t it was cancelled. They never provided an answer till today how it was cancelled out of thin air. As a result my husband arrived at the hotel at 3 am. As T3 takes 20 minutes by car…..they also refused to refund the room cost, a room only used for 5 hours as the connecting flight is next dat noon. It seems to me that they are struggling with personnel with experience. And maybe also the workload. The room is comfortable and the location is close to airport. But if u need some quality service in your transit, be cautious. For me, I will never choose this hotel again.

Our airport ambassador waiting for pick up guest at arrival hall according to his domestic flight arrival time however after 1 hour plus still did not meet the guest and when the airport pick up was requested by travel agency also did not leave a contact number. Sorry for inconvenience caused and we will review the airport pick up process to improve the operation in future. We assure you that this Incident will not happen again. Once again staying at Pullman Baiyun Airport. So confident for fly in fly out of China. Easy access from T2 and always my good friends Cherish and Wang happy to assist with my booking, Canyon Fair tickets and everything that goes with my stay. Again the Pullman has delivered on accommodation, food, and the all important Service. Thank-you Cherish and Wang in the Executive Lounge for your help and support and looking after me. Kicking off this year's relaxing getaway, our first stop is Guangzhou. This restaurant is conveniently located at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport—just cross the street from Terminal 1's third floor upon arrival. The buffet restaurant boasts a pleasant ambiance with exceptionally friendly service. The staff greet you with warm smiles and maintain a consistently welcoming attitude. The newly introduced dishes looked unique and tasted delicious, making for an overall fantastic dining experience.

s a Project Manager who frequently travels international routes, I prioritize efficiency and professionalism in airport hotels. This hotel absolutely delivers! Landing late at night, the 24-hour shuttle provided a seamless transition, getting me to the hotel in just 10 minutes. The front desk check-in was swift, they recognized my membership status, and upgraded me to an Executive Room. The room was quiet, spotless, and the high-speed Wi-Fi allowed me to handle urgent emails immediately. Before catching my early flight the next morning, the Executive Lounge already offered a simple breakfast and coffee, saving both time and effort. What was even more impressive was discovering I'd forgotten to print a document – the Business Center provided emergency assistance late into the night. Efficient and reliable, it's the perfect staging post for business travelers dealing with red-eye flights."
