Lokasinya lumayan di sekitar tidak berisik. Di seberang hotel ada restoran Padang dan rumah makan. Untuk kamar bagus dan bersih, ada hairdryer, kekurangannya tidak ada hand soap di kamar mandi, harus request terpisah. Air minumnya disediakan refill. Saya sempat request pinjam mangkok, sudah minta ke resepsionis, melalui telepon juga mengingatkan tapi tidak diantar, entah tidak boleh atau apa tapi tidak ada dipinjamkan mangkok. Sarapan menurut saya biasa aja, refill makanan yang sudah habis agak lama.

Saya menginap selama 4 malam di Mercure Bandung Nexa Supratman dan mendapatkan pengalaman yang sangat memuaskan. Kamar bersih, nyaman, dan tertata dengan baik. Pelayanan hotel secara keseluruhan sangat profesional. Saya ingin memberikan apresiasi khusus kepada tim room service, terutama sdr Aep dan sdr Imam, yang pelayanannya luar biasa ramah, cepat, dan penuh perhatian. Anak saya sangat senang setiap kali kamar dibersihkan karena mendapatkan lipatan handuk berbentuk boneka, sebuah detail kecil yang membuat pengalaman menginap semakin berkesan bagi keluarga. Ditambah lagi, saya menerima memo kecil berisi kata-kata hangat dari petugas room service, sentuhan personal yang jarang ditemui dan menunjukkan kualitas hospitality yang sangat baik. Sangat direkomendasikan dan pasti ingin kembali menginap di sini.

Camere piccole ma pulite come lo è il bagno. Set di cortesia curato e quotidianamente cambiato. Buona colazione. Buona posizione per visitare la città. Adatto per famiglie senza bambini piccoli. Il personale è molto gentile ma non invadente.
