Joy Nostalg Hotel and Suites' location is central and convenient, very ideal for business travelers. Getting and moving around was a breeze and is accessible to nearby malls and restaurants! Stay wise, I had one of my best stays in Manila. The staff were exceptionally nice and welcoming, with special mention to Odette Huang and Jino Santos! The room is very spacious and comfortable! I love the homey feel which is perfect for unwinding after a busy day of work! Odette Huang hosted a special dinner featuring a Filipino-themed spread, and oh boy, it was an experience! The chef and his team have put together a thoughtfully curated menu with impressive presentation, that showcased the diversity and distinct flavors of Filipino food! I really think it should be on the regular menu list of the hotel!! I will sure come back as Joy Nostalg is definitely at the top of my list for hotels when I return to Manila!

My family recently stayed in Joy Nostalg to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary and to our surprise. Our room had a surprise amenity and very romantic setup which we really appreciate. I would like to commend the Front Desk OJ, Jino, MJ, Robyn, F&B team from arrival to departure experience. Food was also nice, keep it up!

The room is clean and has complete kitchen amenities enough to prepare breakfast. If your room has a separate bedroom, you can really utilize the kitchen by cooking lunch or dinner. Tbh, the room is like a more maintained version of airbnb as it is being serviced. Meaning like a typical hotel room, you can get room service and cleaning service. We’ve seen this type of hotel abroad but this is our first time in PH and I can say it’s quite nice. On the other hand, the room itself smells good which means the air vents are also cleaned regularly. However, their pillows reeks. In our case it’s 3 out of 4. It’s probably because some patrons sleep with their heads wet? While the beddings and pillow cases are new, the smell of the pillows really affect the quality of the sleep, at least for me as I usually rate hotels based on the smell and quality of sleep I got. Take note also for those who are bringing their own cars that the parking area is narrow and requires a lot of caution in manipulating your cars inside. The good thing though is that they are assigning the spot for hotel guests. Also, the way/elevator to lobby looks more decent than Shang tbh. All in all, my husband and I had a nice weekend while working in the room as it has enough space and good internet signal. It’s near Podium and Megamall so it’s really convenient!
