We loved the room and the staffs especially front desk team (shout out to the following: Robyn, Ace, Gelo, Karen, Odette and Corin) but if we call for other concerns, it takes them forever to respond. Joy Nostalg could still improve for their in room service. Though over all, we enjoyed our stay and can’t wait our next booking this New Year. Hope they’ll surprise us. Best part is that my dog enjoyed his first ever hotel experience and roamed around instantly. Thank you to Odette for the lovely room welcoming surprise.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and 3 days, and overall, we were satisfied with our stay. However, there are a few aspects that could be improved. For example, it would be nice if they offered a welcome kit or at least a personalized welcome note with my name. Additionally, I was surprised that there wasn’t a hair dryer in the bathroom, as this is usually standard in hotels I’ve visited. On a positive note, I would like to commend the staff, especially those working in the breakfast buffet area. Joyce was amazing, and all the servers were very friendly and attentive. The food was also great and added to the enjoyable experience.

The room was great with all appliances that you would need for a longer stay. The hotel had complete ammenities. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. We had a very smooth checkin and checkout thanks to their front desk, especially Robyn.
