We stayed at the Pullman Adelaide in 2 x superior rooms for 5 nights over Christmas with my sister and her family. This hotel is in the best location. It's so close to everything in the city! 2 min walk to Rundle Mall, 10 min walk to the Art Gallery of SA and approx. 15 min walk to Adelaide Botanic Gardens. This was so good for us as we love to walk and explore. From the moment we pulled up in our car to the moment we checked out, everything about the Pullman Adelaide was amazing. The best part of the hotel though was the staff. I don't think I have ever experienced such outstanding service. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our rooms were clean and comfortable with great facilities and a nice view of the city. We chose the self parking option in a secure undercover car park just a few mins walk away from the hotel. It was so easy and convenient. We just purchased self park tickets from the hotel reception when we checked in. If you have a chance try the Salt Bar and Lounge. Relaxing atmosphere, well made cocktails and outstanding service... yet again. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Adelaide. We will definitely be back!

Customer service was really good, clean and extremely convenient just right at the city centre and all walk distance to restaurants and shopping. Will definitely come back again next year😍 We highly recommend this place, especially if you don't have a car.

Really impressed by this hotel. First of all the staff is amazing. But the rooms and all the service you get is perfect especially for the price you pau. Really good value for money. Rooms are clean, open shower in room is spacious and the beds are really comfy. All in all a perfect choice. We should have stayed longer.

Such a Bad Experience of first time Pullman and Accor

I had stayed at this hotel for 6 nights.First time i stay at Pullman and also the last time even the Accor brand.It's such an disappointing stay. To be fair the room is quite standard city hotel neat and clean but my last 3 nights stay my room got changed the bathroom has a very discusting smell. The reason why i don't recommend this hotel. 1.Can't use Union Pay.I had walked nearly 1km to find the ATM to get the cash for the deposit. 2.The front desk staffs lack of communication.I booked 3 nights at the beginning and then i extended another 3 nights with my travel agent.At first the Male staff said i can stay in the same room even thought my second booking the room type is lower level and they renewed my card till my departure date also.But on my 3rd day they asked me to change the room on my way out for my excursion.They even didn't inform me earlier.And i said your colleague said i can stay in the same room But the from desk in charge was quite unfriendly to me.I was so angry but i don't want to argue with her.Then i said i want to see your GM.That lady made me wait more than 30mins in the lobby and then came to tell me their GM wasn't there.She should of told me 30mins ago. 3.With my 2 booking i have $200USD creait.I have only use around 70AUD at the first day.Later on i was a bit busy i didn't have the chance to use it.On the 3rd day the front desk people told me my first $100USD is expired already i couldn't use it anymore and then because my second booking is extended so i would not entitle for $100USD again.Because of i had sent an email to complain my situation to their GM.After like 3 days she replied she told me i still entitle of my credit i can use it during my stay.Oh wow im departing on the next day.I can't eat like nearly $200AUD alone in your restaurant!I request that i can use my credit for the airport transfer but never get the reply. 4.The breakfast of this hotel is not bad actually but when i dine in the restaurant because of the busy operation so i've been seated on a used table.Which i understand and i don't mind.But the waitress wiped all the bread crumbles and leftover food directly on the floor.I was really shock at that moment.I start to doubt about the hygiene of the hotel. But however if i travel to Adelaide again will definitely not stay in this hotel again.

Unfortunately as the hotel was fully booked, yes you had to move rooms. The reason for this is that you made two separate bookings under two separate names in two different room types. This we were not made aware of until you arrived and the hotel had limited ability to change this due to your travel agent making the bookings on your behalf. This was explained to you on your arrival for your first booking. Please accept our apologies that this did not meet your needs. I am pleased to see that you were still able to receive your credits for both bookings, this normally is not available in two consecutive bookings however as they were under two names, this was agreed to by the team at the time. Our recollection of the events of your booking are a little different as I have been advised that we did inform you at the time of changing rooms that your credit was available. However we need to ensure that this is clear and concise at the time so that you do not go through your stay unaware. Thank you once again for your honest feedback, it is valuable to us and we will use it for future stays an please accept my apologies that I was not available at the time of your enquiry. The staff at this hotel were so impressive from the concierge to the receptionists, all went out of their way to help on a number of occasions, and all took the time to have a chat, well done, keep it up. The rooms were adequate and clean and the pool a little on the small side considering the number of rooms.
