Conveniently located close to Copacabana. Facilities were disappointing and bedroom was tired. The minibar smelled of mold. The bathroom towels were very thin. The room was very noisy, as there is basically no sound insulation form the corridor. The bed is comfortable and the A/C worked well. A big problem is the elevator situation. There are two main elevators which are slow and small. This is a 20-story and 400-room hotel, which means you will wait. There are two additional elevators, but they are somewhat "hidden". Front desk was nice and helpful, but check-in took very long. Service at the rooftop bar was unfriendly and generally disinterested in doing their job. If I return to Rio, I will look for a different hotel with better value for money.

The hotel is well located one street back from the beach. The rooms are clean and quite basic - nothing special. There was a one metre gap between the bed and the fixed to the wall “bedside” table with reading light on both sides so it’s impossible to actually use. Breakfast is very good with a large variety of items available but like all other spaces in the hotel gets very busy as the space is not big enough for the size of the hotel. The rooftop bar and pool area has great views but gets very busy! People from outside the hotel come in to use it and this is not monitored at all. The poolside chairs & lounges get ‘held’ by selfish people and unfortunately this isn’t monitored by hotel staff either. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Rio but would not stay at this hotel again.

Giovanna, the server at the rooftop bar, was so wonderful and helpful. She helped me to order drinks and food. She made sure I was always well taken care of. She has made this a great experience! Alex, the bartender, made excellent drinks. Highly recommended Sky Leme! The view is spectacular and the staff is incredible.

Perfect location , walking distance to beach, restaurant, shops etc. friendly staff. Wish they had better ventilation in the room I.e window . What a year cross over experience with cultural activities. Language is an issue, you require lots of patience
