I was a great hotel with the great location. The staff are excellent. They went out of their way to accommodate everyone. It was super bust during the new year but the service was still excellent. We were a family of 4 with 2 teens and got the family room which was perfect

Hotel is in a very nice location, the rooms are modern and clean. For its central location it is very quiet and fresh in the rooms. Claudia working the breakfast was very friendly and made us fantastic tapioca!

The view and location is wonderful, we also got a nice table. The food was really good. The only problem was the service the waitress didn’t know who ordered what, she had to ask to all the tables, and she repeated this 3 times. Drinks took forever to get to our table, we asked for more ice to another waiter and he got mad, he told me why I was ruining my drink.

Good location some 50metera from the beach. Nice staff with a lot of flexibility to deal with the large number of guests… some of the common areas are not too spacious and it can get busy. However in more than one occasion I saw the staff showing a lot of “jogo de cintura” (flexibility) in accommodating the guests in other areas. Breakfast has a great selection to choose from… Denise was very helpful. Very good experience overall!
