Hotel restaurant experience

Wonderful breakfast at the hotel restaurant with large selection of fruit, etc. For Lunch, we had 2 large bowls of soup: chicken and beef. Both were very tasty. For dinner, I had a local fish that translates into English as "puppy" (So, don't get scared with that name), and my partner had a crusted Parmesan steak. Both were good. Fish was delicate and moist, and the steak was tender and tasty. Two fantastic servers at the restaurant : Lucas Matheus and Suwandi ( Alexander). Both spoke excellent English, were very knowledgeable, helpful, enthusiastic, and friendly. Thank you!

A Friendly and helpful staff, no problem with the language (which usually is a problem in Brazil where no one speaks English). excellent breakfast with hidden gems (nice chocolate cake). It is at a good location. It is Central in Belem, and the airport is easy to reach

We stayed there for one night. We arrived at night. The staff was very friendly and they spoke English. Our room was clean. Nit very big, but good. We had amazing view of the city. Breakfast the next day was included and it was good. I would suggest this hotel to anybody.

Great 4 star hotel! Best location and staff. All staff was very friendly and efficient. Wi fi Internet service fast and good. Room was quiet, clean and modern. Check in was fast and efficient. Tv and air conditioning were perfect for us. Hotel modern, comfortable and friendly! We Will be back!

Good: - Friendly staff - Breakfast - AC Bad: - Bathroom in dire need of renovations (small flies everywhere, bad smell, stains and mold all over, poorly regulated water pressure) - Room seems renovated at first glance, but many things already seem old, scratched, stained, etc. - Pool furniture disgusting and uninviting
