Der beste Service ist von dem Roomboy Shuja gewesen und Fatima an der Rezeption . Das Hotel entspricht allerdings keinesfalls einem 5 Sterne Hotel der banyan tree Kette . Sehr alt bestimmt 20 Jahre nichts gemacht . Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt absolut nicht … sehr enttäuschend . Ich war 10 Tage in diesem Hotel sehr enttäuschend / nicht weiter zu empfehlen .

Recently, we completed renovations featuring a refreshed design that reflects the traditional Maldivian style, including alang-alang roofing and earth-tone colors that blend naturally with the environment. This approach is clearly communicated on our website and through our travel agent partners to set accurate expectations. Our intention is to preserve the authentic Maldivian charm while delivering the distinctive Banyan Tree experience, tailored to the local culture. Das Resort ist ein heruntergekommenes altes ehemaliges Luxushotel und hat nichts mit der Qualität anderer Banyan trees gemein. Das Personal ist freundlich und unser Roomboy Shuja war super aufmerksam und lustig, ebenso Fatima an der reception.

Das Banyan Tree ist eine wunderschöne Insel. Das Haisreef ist wunderbar und man sieht viele Fische. Unbedingt die Villas direkt am Strand buchen. Tolle Sicht auf das Meer. Das Essen war hervorragend, hier unbedingt AI buchen bei Halbpension oder Vollpension muss man bei den meisten Speisen nochmals draufzahlen. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle unglaublich herzlich und freundlich. Der Strand ist schneeweiss und die ganze Insel ohne Wasserbumgalows einfach traumhaft schön. Das Madi Restaurant war unser Highlight, alle Mitarbeiter waren extrem freundlich. Danke an alle für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt
