Excellent hôtel 5 étoiles, chambre avec mini piscine et une très bonne literie, vue sur sur la mer de chine, très belle salle de bain. Et surtout la gentillesse et le caractère serviable du personnel de l'hôtel. Trois restaurants de bonne qualité. Piscine donnant sur la plage très agréable.

Die Hotelanlage ist wirklich wunderschön und direkt am Strand gelegen, was unseren Aufenthalt besonders entspannt gemacht hat. Die drei Restaurants auf dem Gelände bieten großartige Abwechslung und haben uns kulinarisch verwöhnt. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre eine Hotelbar, an der man abends gemütlich sitzen kann. Zudem hätten wir uns ein paar mehr Liegen direkt am Strand anstatt am Pool gewünscht, da viele der Villen bereits über private Pools verfügen. Ein ganz großes Lob geht an das Housekeeping-Team, insbesondere Lilik, Tommy, Adi und Daus. Sie haben das Zimmer jeden Tag makellos hergerichtet und mir dabei geholfen, meine Mutter mit einer Überraschung zu ihrem Geburtstag zu erfreuen! Ihre Herzlichkeit und Liebe zum Detail haben den Aufenthalt für uns unvergesslich gemacht. Ganz besonders war auch der wirklich wunderschöne Golfplatz inkl. Caddie (danke Maura!) Vielen Dank auch an das gesamte Team und den Hotelmanager für den tollen Service – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

非常好的环境和服务，从我的房间看出去是一望无际的无敌海景，酒店包含了18洞的高尔夫球所有的员工都是十分的热情，所有的员工都10分的热情，给他们五星级的评价。尤其感谢Daus and Adi每天来打扫房间十分干净，给我舒适的环境，真的非常感动。下次一定还会再来。

Expérience inoubliable. Toute la famille a adoré. Le cadre est sublime, les gens sont d’une gentillesse incroyable, le service est au top. Et même si parfois les choses sont plus lentes cela nous permet de nous mettre à un rythme zen, de quoi revenir requinqué. La nourriture est délicieuse et les aménagements pour les enfants sont idéales, entre adaptation et plats plus européens. Les massages sont de qualité. Thalia est une super thérapeute mais je suis certaine que les autres aussi. Aux restaurants tous sont aux petits soins. Et à la piscine Tran Tok veille à tout.

Nous avons passé un séjour délicieux au calme absolu sur cette île de Bintan pourtant très proche de Singapour, l’accès par Ferries en à peine une heure y est très facile l’hôtel Banyan tree où nous avons séjourné. Vous envoie plein d’informations pour que votre trajet et votre séjour se déroule a merveille . L’hôtel, le personnel est toujours au petit soin pour vous ils sont d’une gentillesse incroyable et toujours plein d’attention. Tous les soirs votre chambre est agréablement préparée et décorée avec soin. Un vrai paradis. Pour vous restaurer, vous avez le choix entre plusieurs restaurants européen ou traditionnel tous aussi bon les uns que les autres. Le petit déjeuner y est extraordinaire avec toutes les Cuisine du monde possible et inimaginables Nous y sommes venus pour nous reposer et faire du golf ce fut un vrai bonheur. Dommage que sur le golf du Laguna Beach il n’y est pas de location de club pour les gauchers mais que vous trouvez au Ria Bintan golf club C’est avec plaisir que nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel et l’île de Bintan Merci à toutes les équipes pour votre gentillesse
