This hotel is definitely a gem of Buenos Aires! The location is perfect, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the service is nothing short of outstanding. The design of the hotel is both elegant, modern and inviting, making us feel at home right away. The hospitality we received from every member of the staff was warm and genuine, and it truly enhanced our overall experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible food. We had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast and dinner at your hotel, and both meals were simply top-notch. The quality and variety of the food were impressive. We spent four wonderful nights at your hotel and fell in love with it. Thank you so much for making our stay so remarkable and memorable. 5 star all the way!

Our first time in Buenos Aires, and in short, everything about our stay here was excellent. The location is very convenient for walking to many of the main tourist attractions. There are restaurants, convenience stores, and money exchange bureaux near by. Our room (Balcony room on level 12 overlooking the park) was spacious, quiet, spotlessly clean, well equipped, and the bed very comfortable. Check-in/Out efficient, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast has a very good quality selection of hot and cold dishes. Staff are extremely pleasant, helpful and friendly, and very good English is widely spoken. The only negative comment concerns the TV in our room which never worked properly despite several attempts by maintenance to fix - but in fairness, it turned out that the system was in the middle of an upgrade, so the problem was understandable. Finally, a huge ‘thank you’ to Diego, the Concierge, for his efforts and help in ensuring we had a pleasant stay. Weeks prior to arrival he made reservations for a Tango Show/Dinner, and also arranged a limo transfer from the airport to the hotel. During our stay he gave excellent advice and directions. Diego is a real credit to this excellent hotel.

We had a deluxe suite on 13 floor overlooking the park. Well appointed room. Nice small pool area, would benefit from some shade. Breakfast really good. Cocktails excellent. What makes this hotel is the staff. Very professional and attentive. Diego organised tours and restaurants for us and was extremely helpful.

A great location for our first visit to Buenos Aires, making it easy to walk to many places to eat. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The hotel has a smart reception and bar area, with welcome cold drinks and cookies available on your return after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast is very good with lots of fresh fruit and baked goods and the option of eggs cooked and delivered to your table.

Great Hotel in super location

This is a really great hotel, the location is perfect. The Red hop on hop off bus stops across the road. Easy walk to Recoleta Cemetery, safe neighbourhood. The spa upstairs was lovely, beautiful relaxation room with heated beds. Spa staff really friendly. The outdoor pool was lovely and (heated) like a lovely warm bath. The staff are very friendly and professional and if you need Argentine pesos will change up Dollars or Euros. We did not have the breakfast even though it looked very nice, Starbucks suited us for a coffee and croissant which we had on our balcony overlooking the park.
