The hotel has the best staff, Diego at the concierge helped to arrange our special dinner and helped with everything along the way. All the staff was courteous and me you with a smile, very welcoming atmosphere. We ate at the hotel restaurant and we found the food good and typical Argentine style. My only negative comments relate to the pool and the towels. The pool is very small and the photo is deceiving, it is also 0.85M deep which is not proper for adults, way too shallow. The passive filter system leaves a layer of gunk on the surface and this needs to be addressed. The towels are paper thin and very small, they should have been thrown away a long time ago. There are no other towels for the pool either. I give this hotel 5 stars because my complaints are minor and the staff totally made our stay a wonderful experience and we would definitely return here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Palladio hotel . It is in a great location in Buenos Aires Staff were all super helpful Breakfast is excellent We ate in the hotel restaurant one night and had a fantastic meal The room we had was very comfortable and housekeeping was excellent The only negative is that the rooftop pool is quite small and there’s not much shade However we would definitely recommend this hotel and we would stay again if we were to return to Buenos Aires

I can't even begin to explain how wonderful our stay was at the hotel. The location is ideal. We spent two nights before our cruise and one night after. Diego, the concierge, reached out immediately after I booked. Over the course of a few months, we had our entire stay in Buenos Aires compliments to Diego. He even had our 4 different car transfers scheduled making our trip completely stress free. The rooms are the cleanest I have seen in a long time, nice and spacious. The first room had a balcony overlooking the park and the second room balcony was the courtyard building side. Some complain about that balcony, but honestly, there is a live wall of plants, mural and other building balconies...it is just fine. We had no noise issue from the front street when we stayed on that side of the building. Actually, we were shocked at how quiet the city gets in the evening. Bathrooms are fantastic, in room safes and lots of closet space and all kinds of charging options for all countries. The lobby is quaint and the bar is relaxed. It is a wonderful spot to have a pre dinner cocktail. The restaurant also was fantastic and handled my dairy allergy with the upmost concern. Again, Diego helped facilitate that making sure I had plenty of food. The breakfast is outstanding. They even custom made me a dairy free sweets plate in the morning, but also have two vegan options already out. My husband loved his food as well. We most certainly will be looking for more hotels in this chain for our travels as it was the best experience . I give all the credit to Diego. He is beyond helpful and excellent at making suggestions and booking plans.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, and it was amazing! We loved the location, the friendly reception, the excellent breakfast, and the nice balcony view. I would absolutely stay here again. It was very walkable to many of the main BA attractions, and we never had a problem getting a ride either.
