We are delighted that you enjoyed your three-night stay and appreciated our stylish and modern facilities, especially your room with the lake view and our various dining options. Your kind comments about the Silk Way restaurant and the bar are truly appreciated, and we’re glad you had a chance to experience the flavors of Central Asia and Russia in such a scenic setting. We are pleased that you found the hotel’s location and amenities, like the indoor pool, saunas, and lake beaches, to your liking. I am truly sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay, particularly with the room flooding and the subsequent handling of the room change. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide, and I apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this caused you.
