Dear Guest, We wish you a great day from Rixos Premium Bodrum. First of all, we are more than happy to see your both positive and negative feedbacks regarding of your stay in Rixos. We always care and give attention your feedback. We have two types rooms which are renovated and non renovated. Your booking that you made a payment was for non renovated room. Due to this we could understand your unsatisfaction regarding of the TV Channels and Room Decoration. Normally we try to always help you to the guest for free upgrade but when the hotel occupancy high, this is not quite possible to provide it. On the other hand, we are glad to see that you enjoyed with grounds and had comfortable and freidnly check-in and therefore you like patiesserie,chocolates,drinks and wine. We will be passing special thanks into Food and Beverage Departments for this kind words. We always care your feedback and all are saved for to be taken in consideration with the relevant team's managers. In meantime, we hope to welcome you again in our renovated rooms.
