We’ve stayed at several Rixos properties over the years, and once again Rixos Premium Bodrum reminded us exactly why this brand remains our go-to choice. From the moment we arrived in April, the whole experience felt calm, well-organised, and genuinely relaxing — something that isn’t always easy to achieve when travelling as a larger family group. What truly set this stay apart was the exceptional level of service, particularly through Guest Services via WhatsApp. This was an absolute game-changer. Whether it was arranging buggies, answering questions, or sorting small requests, responses were quick, clear, and always handled with care. It made the entire stay feel effortless. A special thank you must go to the outstanding team members who consistently went above and beyond: Atakan, Asya, and Vasif (Guest Relations) – incredibly warm, attentive, and always proactive. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Mehmet, Ayda, Cagdas, and Cenkay (Front Desk) – professional, welcoming, and highly efficient, even with the logistics of a large family booking. Ema (Food & Beverage) – an absolute standout. Her friendly, thoughtful service added a personal touch to every meal and made dining feel special rather than routine. Travelling as part of a larger family group can sometimes be challenging, but the staff handled everything with patience, genuine smiles, and impressive organisation — something we really appreciated. Highlights of our stay: ✔ Excellent communication The WhatsApp guest service deserves special mention. Every query was answered within minutes, and requests were actioned almost immediately — a level of service that truly elevates the experience. ✔ Spacious, immaculate rooms We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which set the tone for the rest of the stay. Our suite was spacious, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable — ideal for families needing space to unwind. ✔ High-quality food and variety The food across the resort was fresh, well-presented, and varied, with something to suit everyone. Dining never felt repetitive, and the attentive service (especially from Ema) made meals consistently enjoyable. ✔ Beautiful, tranquil setting The resort itself is stunning. Set against peaceful views with beautifully maintained grounds, scenic walking paths, and a calm private beach area, it’s easy to fully switch off and relax. ✔ Efficient buggy service The buggy transport around the resort was quick and reliable, which made a huge difference — especially for elderly family members. Another example of thoughtful planning by the resort. ✔ Great for children The Rixy Kids Club was well-run, safe, and engaging. Our children loved the daily activities and looked forward to going each day, giving us some well-earned downtime. ✔ Indoor heated pool A real bonus for an April stay. When the weather wasn’t quite warm enough, the indoor heated pool was a fantastic alternative for both adults and children. A few minor points to note: Some facilities weren’t fully open yet, which is understandable given the early-season timing. More children’s facilities would be a welcome addition — particularly as the kids’ waterpark was not operational during our stay, which was disappointing. Expensive extras - Spa treatments and paddle tennis for example That said, these were all very minor points in what was otherwise an excellent holiday. The true strength of Rixos Premium Bodrum lies in its people. The warmth, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the staff made our stay feel personal and memorable. We left feeling relaxed, well looked after, and already discussing when we can return. Thank you to the entire Rixos Premium Bodrum team for yet another fantastic family holiday — we’ll absolutely be back.

Horrible experience. We booked one of their most premium rooms for a 3-night stay paying around $5K and checked out one night early and spent the second day at the Edition. This is 3-4 star hotel at best not a luxury all inclusive one. During our trip we also stayed at Titanic, and Maxx Royal Bodrum so we had enough experience to make a fair comparison. Food is not good quality, options are limited, restaurants are crowded, there is not enough chairs at the pool or at the beach, rooms need maintenance. The worst one is no one followed up on our bad experience and asked anything about it. Naturally they also rejected our request to refund our 1 night stay. Seriously stay away. For the similar amount of money there are much better options.

I'd like to thank the whole of Rixos team in Bodrum, what a fantastic group and possibly the most memorable hotel stay iv ever had, Atakan Soydan managed my stay he went out of the way and provided an excellent service for me and my wife with a honeymoon package for us to enjoy during our stay. Which can I say way 10/10 thank you. The hotel was beautiful 😍 the food was outstanding 👌 . We had a 12pm check (23:45 flight) which Atakan helped us to get a late check out along with a packed sandwich for out airport trip. Which was such a lovely touch. We really appreciate the 5* service from everyone at Rixos and look forward to seeing you all soon with the qhole family. Thank you S.Ahmed & wife

Wonderfully located hotel. Gorgeous beach with soft sand and crystal waters. Plenty of entertainment and facilities, hosted by a wonderful team. Asya was our kind personal hotel assistant, always on hand for requests and queries. Helped us fully tailor our stay and experience to our families needs.

This year, we chose Rixos for all our vacations, and this was our fourth Rixos experience. As guests who have experienced almost all Rixos properties both in Turkey and abroad (except Egypt), we stayed at Rixos Bodrum for the first time. We traveled as an extended family — with our parents and children, three generations together. We stayed in the Panorama Villas, whose peaceful, private, and nature-integrated atmosphere provided great comfort and serenity for our whole family. To be honest, before booking, the photos I had seen online didn’t fully reflect the hotel’s true natural beauty, so my expectations were moderate. However, as a nature lover, I was deeply impressed once I arrived — the harmony of greenery, sea, and architecture was truly captivating. Unfortunately, during our stay, my husband suffered from food poisoning after eating a sandwich he had kept aside from the open buffet for some time, and he had to receive treatment at Acıbadem Hospital in Bodrum. I’d like to share this as a friendly note to other guests: please avoid saving food from the buffet to consume later. Bacteria can grow in unrefrigerated products and may cause serious health issues. In such cases, the hotel often gets blamed unfairly, while the real cause is usually improper food storage after taking it away. During this stressful time, the hotel staff showed great empathy, professionalism, and sincere care — for which we are truly grateful. Special thanks to Mr. Alper Alp, who patiently showed us around the compound and did his best to arrange an upgrade for our room; to Ms. Asya and Ms. Deniz, who sincerely cared for us during the illness; to Mr. Can, who always assisted us with the buggy; and to the gentlemen on the beach who worked hard to keep the area tidy and comfortable. They genuinely tried to make us feel at ease. Thanks to their kindness, attentiveness, and authenticity, our Rixos Bodrum experience — despite the challenges — turned into a truly memorable and heartfelt holiday for our family.
