Dear Graziella, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. Our Ibis Budget is among the most appreciated as this is a 3 star hotel unlike most Ibis Budget hotels. It means we offer more service and more quality. Concerning breakfast, not only there are local cheeses but also local honey and local jams. Breads are indeed frozen products, among which there is one Nordic bread. We deliver more than the Ibis Budget standards with more types of bread than required. Rooms are 14m² as it is written on the website so there is no possible disappointment.
