Dear Hiroyuki, Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback following your stay at Grand Mercure Khao Lak Bangsak. I am pleased to read your kind comments about our team, their service, and the comfort and design of the room, these are greatly appreciated and will be shared with the staff. I am, however, genuinely sorry for the frustration you experienced with our facilities and particularly with the beach lounger situation. I understand how disappointing it must have felt to return after breakfast and find your belongings moved. Please allow me to clarify that the removal of items from sun loungers is part of our established non reserving policy, which is in place to maintain fairness and order for all guests. This policy is designed to prevent guests from feeling the need to reserve loungers early in the morning and to ensure that loungers remain available to those actively using them. While this approach has significantly reduced daily frustrations for many guests, I regret that in your case it caused discomfort and disappointment, and for that I sincerely apologize. I also acknowledge your comments regarding the layout of the property, walkways, and the size of the pool during busy periods. Our resort is intentionally designed to be intimate and tranquil, however during high occupancy this can feel more pronounced, particularly for guests seeking a very quiet environment. Thank you again for sharing both your positive and constructive feedback. It is only through such insights that we can continue to review and refine the guest experience. I truly regret that aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations and hope you will still consider us again in the future.
