칭다오여행에서 뉴호프 노보텔 라오산 숙박을 고민 하고 계신다면 무조건 여기서 숙박하세요.새해 여행기념으로 밤비행기로 칭다오 도착후 늦은밤 체크인 임에도 불구하고 Amy가 도와줬습니다. 시설은 깔끔하고 역시 믿고가는 아코르 였습니다 만족!. 직원들이 전부 친절합니다. 하나 하나 신경써주는게 느껴질정도로 세심하게 챙겨줍니다. 저는 호텔리어 AMY가 하나 하나 신경써준 덕분에 칭따오 여행, 노보텔 ,아코르그룹에 대한 신뢰와 이미지가 정말좋아졌습니다. Amy가 나갈때나 지나가다가 마주치면 필요한사항이나 그날의 컨디션등등 체크해주고 정말 신경을 많이 써줬습니다. 조식과 시설 또한 만족스럽고 청소 청결, 친절 완벽한 호텔입니다. 모든직원들 그리고 AMY 덕분에 칭다오에 대한 좋은 인상과 다시오고 싶은 칭다오가 되었습니다. If you are thinking about staying at New Hope Novotel Laoshan during your trip to Qingdao, definitely stay here. I arrived in Qingdao on an overnight flight to commemorate the New Year's trip and Amy helped me despite checking in late at night. The facilities were clean and Accor was trustworthy. Satisfied! All the staff are friendly. They take care of everything so carefully that you can feel that they care about each and every detail. Thanks to hotelier AMY's attention to every detail, my trust and image in Tsingtao Travel, Novotel, and Accor Group have really improved. Whenever Amy left or passed by, she checked on my needs and my condition that day and was very attentive. It is a perfect hotel with satisfactory breakfast and facilities, cleanliness, and friendliness. Thanks to all the staff and AMY, I have a good impression of Qingdao and a place I want to come back to.

A great hotel, but off the beaten track

Firstly, this is a great hotel. Easy access from the airport by taxi. The only downside to it, is that it is not really close to anything. I did not find any local shops etc within easy walking distance. Taking that out f the equation, this is a wonderful hotel. The staff were very helpful, Rambo Liu at reception helped us with all our questions and queries, and ensured we had a quick, easy check in. In the bar, Joyce Chen came to know us, always polite, always atentive withut being overbearing. In the restaurant, Melody Wang made us feel welcome, even coming out of the restaurant on one occasion with a little box of pastries for us. A very nice touch, and indicative of the level of service we received. There were two restaurants on site that we used, The Captain Restaurant, which was where we also had breakfast. The buffet is very good value, and includes alcoholic beverages. As with all buffets, the food is continually being replenished, so always fresh and hot. The Qingdao bay is where we had a lunch with friends, a very good selection of tasty food, and a very reasonable cost. The local Tsingtao beer is a mustto try, well chilled, it is the perfect end to a hectic day. Rooms were spacious, clean and tidy, with good wifi. Beds big and comfortable (as always) and a nice size TV. We would have no hesitation in returning again. Well done to all the staff for making our visit so enjoyable.
