A lovely well situated hotel. Great staff. Bar and outside tables are only let down by mediocre bar food. Breakfast is basic, much better to use the multitude of patisseries and restaurants nearby. Nespresso machine didn’t work and not repaired.

Worst Hotel Stay Ever – Bed Bug Nightmare

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. My stay left me covered in dozens of painful bed bug bites that caused severe allergic reactions and ongoing discomfort. Instead of taking the matter seriously, the management offered nothing but a generic apology and outright refused to provide any meaningful solution, compensation, or even a proper phone conversation. I left feeling completely neglected, disrespected, and appalled by the lack of responsibility from both the hotel and the Accor brand. Absolutely unacceptable and I will never return. Ce fut de loin la pire expérience hôtelière que j’aie jamais vécue. Mon séjour m’a laissé couvert de dizaines de piqûres douloureuses de punaises de lit, provoquant de fortes réactions allergiques et un inconfort persistant. Au lieu de prendre la situation au sérieux, la direction s’est contentée d’une excuse générique et a catégoriquement refusé de proposer une solution concrète, une compensation ou même un simple échange téléphonique. Je suis reparti(e) en me sentant complètement négligé(e), méprisé(e) et consterné(e) par le manque total de responsabilité de la part de l’hôtel et de la marque Accor. Absolument inacceptable et je n’y remettrai jamais les pieds.

Stayed one night prior to a Ryanair flight, did not know what to expect in Beauvais but what a lovely town – Cathedral, a couple of squares with lots of bars and restaurants, much better than a night in Paris and a scramble to get to the airport. The hotel itself was modern, the room spacious with all the amenities, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

This is a great hotel. It is an easy walking distance to the cathedral and many restaurants. The rooms are spacious with extra pillows and a water tea kettle. The breakfast is delicious with lots of choices. Rooms are quiet, space is super helpful. This is a great place to stay!

Check in was excellent and very quick. We arrived late on a flight into the local airport and within a couple of minutes we were in our room. The room wasn't the biggest, and upon looking at the plan there were some with more space. However, we were only there for two nights to there was adequate space for that. There was a fridge in the room with some complimentary drinks which I appreciated after travelling all day. The toilet and the rest of the bathroom were separate in our room, which was a little inconvenient as you then had to go to the bathroom with the sink in to wash your hands. It would be better to include a small sink for hand washing in the separate toilet room for it to be useful. The bed was very comfortable and I slept really well. I would definitely use this hotel again in the future as it was close to the city centre (5-10 minute walk) and there was a bus to the train station right next to the hotel. Although the services were not very frequent (hourly) if you time it this was really helpful as we had luggage with us.
