I was put up in this hotel by Transavia, after they had to delay my flight to Yerevan by 24h due to technical issues with the plane – annoying, yes. but, I also prefer to fly on planes that are completely safe and have no technical issues. the hotel was clean, the beds comfortable enough and the reception staff were were willing to help, even if their English wasn’t perfect. The breakfast was fine. I can’t comment on the other food options, because I did not use them. My main reason for giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the hotel is quite difficult to get to during the day, because the free shuttle only runs in the morning and evenings. I had lots of baggage with me & (after taxis refused to take me to the hotel) had to walk for a very long time through Orly Airport to get to the tram. Luckily, the tram stops right outside the hotel on the other end.

It was over 80° (26.6C)and the Hotel had no air conditioning. The room was unbearably hot and opening the windows meant all the noise from the parking lot. There was no compensation offered other than “I’m sorry”. The room was small and quite basic. Not as nice as other Ibis Styles I have stayed in. The staff was not very helpful or friendly and despite being a hotel at an international airport hardly any of the staff spoke English. I was charged over 6€ for a small carton of apple juice. There is no dining nearby and other than breakfast their offerings are frozen meals you can heat in a microwave. They will not allow any check in prior to noon regardless of if room is available. They advertise having a shuttle but it has very limited hours only until 10 am and then again In the evening. The tram is nearby but can be difficult if you have a lot of luggage or mobility problems. Do yourself a favor and spend a bit more and stay elsewhere if you need to stay near Orly airport.

This hotel is the most strange hotel in Ibis group. Reception lady is totally rude and abnormally nervous. Using the ,,Service room" to left the beg is not possible. Even if I have next reservation in next 4 days she didn't want to hold my bag (bag is totally small). I highly recommend to everyone to avoid this place, this is not Ibis standard.

Great location, in a cozy hotel tucked under the rail yard in Paris. Excellent service, food and staff. Was affordable and in a central location making it easy to walk, take metro or commuter rail all around Paris.

Perfect stay for a night, our flight landed at night, just waited few minutes and we went by free shuttle to the hotel which is close to the airport. Fast check in, clean room, nice bed and pillows, breakfast was very nice, kids zone and the tram station is behind the hotel that you can go by this tram 7 to metro station and go to city center. I would recommend this hotel for perfect budget for a night stay.
