We are deeply sorry to hear about the many issues you encountered during your stay, and we sincerely apologize for the discomfort and frustration caused to you and your family. Please be assured that the hygiene and pest concerns you described are taken very seriously. We have already initiated a comprehensive review of our cleaning and pest control procedures to prevent such incidents in the future. Your experience does not reflect the standards we strive to maintain. We regret that the alternative accommodation did not meet your expectations and understand how stressful it must have been to find suitable lodging late at night with your children.
