The services are excellent within the entire hotel including Kilele Restaurant. The service by Kelvin was excellent.😊😊😊😊😊😊. thé location is convenient and it has a beautiful view of the city at the rooftop. The service staff are very good 😊

From the point of reservation Eric was very professional and ready to help. I have done several bookings and I have been assisted by Njambi or Irene who are also very ready to help. However my current staycation I was served by Eric who really made me love the place more and more. The food was also good thanks to Faith the reception manager who was willing to give me a late check-out till 1200hrs. Positively I will be coming back since I look the place

The staff were frustrated and professional especially at the reception. Thanks to Eric who is always ready to assist with my bookings, the guy is full of energy and very friendly and professional. Not to forget Njambi and Irene who are also very professional. For sure I will be coming back . Faith the manager is also another energy and very supportive. Check in was owesome ans also the food was nice. This is the best place to be.
